    I ordered coffee concentrates in June after receiving an offer to my email address.Absolutely no where was it stated or made clear that it was a subscription service. I was under the impression that I was making a one time purchase. I received my products shortly and they were fine and I have been enjoying them. The products are very good, however this company is very deceptive.I did not receive any sort of email stating that they were confirming that I had started a subscription. I did not receive any sort of email reminder that they were about to charge my card. However 30 days later I woke up to an email receipt for nearly $100 they they were sending me 4 more bottles of coffee. I immediately emailed and asked for the order to be cancelled. This email was not replied to for over 3 days. In that time, they shipped out the order and refused to cancel it. I've had to wait for the order to show up and initiate a return.In the mean time, my bank account now did not have enough money in it for scheduled transactions for my monthly bills due to the Javy taking this money out and I received two over draft fees. I did not want this coffee, I did not authorize the transaction, and the company did not take prompt action to remedy the situation. Not making it clear that people are signing up for subscriptions is deceptive and wrong. Even though I do like these products and would have reordered them when I was running low, now I will never do business with them again due to this issue.

    Scam and liars! I am sure that I selected a one-time order of coffee concentrate. A month later I see that my account has been charged and a cheery email sent that I will be receiving another package in a few days as part of my subscription, WHICH I DID NOT WANT. The coffee isnt even that good, I would never buy more after the first batch. And when I tried to return to the website to cancel, there is no way to actually do this.the screen freezes and then the site disappears.
