******* the service manager, quoted me "about 2 hours of labor totaling around $400" to put together my Inspire FT2 home gym. The technicians arrived late and finished after business hours and when I had left the property to attend a birthday party. They called me and required payment at the end of the service and told me the charges were $822.14 for 2 and 1/4 hours of labor. I told them that this is not what ****** had quoted me. They said that I needed to pay now and could address this with ****** the next day, which I did. I called and spoke to ****** who told me that he would look into the situation and get back to me. This was over two weeks ago and there has been no follow up. I have called him and left two voicemails in the interim period without a response.Business response

On 2/21/2022 I purchased $4,886.07 worth of fitness equipment on two different receipts. The $3,513.45 treadmill I ordered was delivered and installed without any problems. However, on the attached receipt, Body-Solid Rack and Fitness Bar’s Package that I special ordered has still not arrived. I have been in e-mail contact with **** **** and feel like I’m being blown off every time I’ve attempted to contact him concerning this item. When I get close to $5,000.00 in equipment from a company, I expect good customer service and not just a bunch of lip service. I have purchased other items from them in the past but will not use them in the future. There have been other complaints about them ordering items from Body-Solid and having them not come in and First Place Fitness keeping 50% of your money. I consider that grand theft if the item is not provided. I hope that First Place Fitness is not in cahoots with Body-Solid and keeping people’s money for equipment that is not being delivered.Business response
