              I have not received a refund from ***** Warehouse for an order placed and canceled on October 24, 2023. I sent several emails and called to inquire about the refund, but received no response. Only after I filed a dispute with ***** **** was I promised a refund in the form of a check rather than a simple credit back to my credit card. ***** Warehouse required me to cancel the dispute with ***** **** and provide a letter of proof from ***** **** before they would issue a refund check, which I did. It has been 7 months since the initial charge and ***** Warehouse has still not refunded the money. I attempted twice to re-file the dispute with ***** **** but was informed that it was too far past the date of the initial charge. I do not have the merchandise; I still have not been issued a refund, and ***** Warehouse does not respond to my emails. I have attached all documentation regarding this case.

              I ordered a dining table from the warehouse website. It arrived with an extra tabletop and the wrong parts for assembly. The table tear sheet on the warehouse website lists a number for customer service so I called & was told that they couldnt help me ** it was a different company. I was told someone would call me and no one did. 3 days later and Im left with an unusable table and no resolution.
