Short Version - If you have a construction project, give DVC3 a call! They came recommended by a neighbor and our experience with DVC3 was positive from the very start.Detailed Version - Our neighbor was completing a major add-on to their home and I asked the owner of the house about it as we were looking to add on a suite for my parents. He told me about his positive experience with DVC3 and *********************. Since that encounter, we have now worked with DVC3 for over a year and are extremely satisfied with the end result...a beautiful, comfortable home for our parents!We worked with (tried to) several other companies to build an in-law suite for my parents next to our exiting house. Only DVC3 was able to get us architectural drawings and work with us on things like setbacks and permitting as well as creative ideas. Duval county created a new ADU requirement and DVC3 was on it. Unfortunately, Duval county was not as knowledgeable about their own rules as ********************* was and our permitting process was severely delayedover five months. However, **** continued to work with Duval County, did not throw in the towel and with his tenacity and knowledge, he was able to get our permitting approved. Once approved, they had a crew here laying the ground work. I was impressed by the coordination of all of the teams involved. Nothing just sat in our yard. If framing materials were delivered, a crew was here and framing went up. If siding materials were dropped off, a siding crew was putting up siding, roof, etc. Was everything sunshine and rainbows? No, but I dont think any construction project is. However, how the construction company handles adversity is the real test. DVC3 handled it well. There are a couple of major things that we would not have been happy with and quite frankly, wandered how or even if they could be rectified. After discussing them with DVC3, ********************* got back to us, created a plan of resolution and resolved any issue we had.We are very satisfied
