On January 23rd, ***** ******* *eached out regarding a warranty claim on 4 Falcon Ridge Vanquish AT tires. Our team responded 11 minutes later asking for additional information including photos of the damage/defect, nature of the problem, purchase date, proof of purchase, part number, name, shipping address, email, and phone number. This information was obtained that same day as the initial request. The nature of the problem was explained to be poor wear life, less than 2500 miles. The pictures were carefully reviewed by the team with knowledge in this area, and additional information and pictures were requested to fully view the nature of the problem in question.
On January 25th we received the additional information requested. We followed up by thanking the customer and letting him know we would be back in contact as soon as possible.
On January 26th we followed up to keep Kevin updated that the team is still working on this for him.
On January 27th we emailed, “After careful review of all photos and details provided, as well as the purchase date and mileage on the tires, our team has denied this warranty. While we understand the timing is less than 1 year from date of purchase, we only offer a 90 day limited warranty and the issues you are experiencing are not due to a defect, they are due to travel. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you.”
The tire warranty listed on our website has been added below and it was deemed to not be a defect in material or workmanship. Although, this does not qualify for warranty, on January 27th we reached out to the customer to offer them a refund for their 4 tires as we just want to be sure our customers are taken care of and satisfied with their product.

Around mid june I ordered in error from this company golfcart parts. I called and got an rma number 30118 and was told to send it to their warehouse in Georgia at my expense. On 7-6-21 at 10 am I talked to ***** who assured me the warehouse received the package and my refund was being processed. On 8-27-21 at 10:45 am I talked to ******* who agoain assured me refund was being processed but due to covid and short staffing might be a while. On 9-7-21 at 9:52 am I talked to ***** who said she would notify her supervisor to get something going. On 9-17-21 at 11:30 am I talked to Orlando who repeated much of the same. On 10-4-21 at 12:15 in the afternoon I again talked to ******* who repeated the same thing she said on July 6th. Everyone assured me the would get the refund back to my card. As I told them all it's not a lot of money, $50 give or take, but the said they would give it back to me five times. Haven't been obnoxious when I called, but seems to me like they could have done some better service. I have ordered from them before I believe. If the rma# would show personal Info you can remove it. thank youBusiness response

On June 22nd, *** **** purchased a Top Support Set from us. On August 6th he requested to return the item and then we explained the process to him. Unfortunately when the item returned to the warehouse on August 24th an IT glitch prevented his credit from automatically releasing. On 10/04 one of my supervisors was alerted to the situation and manually processed the credit back to *** ****. We are terribly sorry for the extra hassle caused by us on this return and have reached out to offer *** **** a discount on his next order.
