      Terrible experience. Ordered the first package which was 4 center caps and one didn't match. Didn't catch it immediately because I only unwrapped 2. Next, I ordered the rims from BU. They shipped the set of steel rims to me with zero protection in a cardboard box. Are you serious? And BU thought those would arrive undamaged? Who's overseeing packaging for shipments? Fire that supervisor. Apparently they didn't explain the process well enough to the idiot that boxed up my order. They did give me a full refund, however, their mishap cost me taking the golf cart on the trip. I returned those rims for a full refund, and then proceeded to order a set a steel rims from a third vendor. They were wrapped and arrived undamaged. I then go to mount the rims with the new center caps and realized that BU had not shipped the proper amount of correct center caps. FNCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! So irritated. I then notify BU again, explain the circumstances and tell I want the center cap overnighted, due to their mistake. nope. 6 more days....FU Clowns And not once have I ever got communication from a human in response to this not by phone or email. It's all bots running their customer service. I bet after I post this, They'll respond by saying something like, We take a lot of pride in customer service, Our management team will reach out to you. They haven't yet once this whole time I've been dealing with this and I've been asking through email to put me in contact with a supervisor. I live on the west coast and unfortunately work in an area without cell service until after they close. I gave them 2 stars because they didn't scam me and eventually got the right parts to me. I save 1 stars for scammers because that's the lowest you can go. This place is a legitimate, they just **** at it.

      Ordered a replacement roof for the most common golf cart ever manufactured (Club Car DS) online over the weekend. Got an email invoice, but never any shipping info after several days.Called five days later to get an update because the order was still "In Process" on their web site. This was because no one had taken the order out of the queue to start processing it! Then he tells me that they would have to order the part, but couldn't tell me anymore information, like an approx shipping date. He said he would call me back and hung up abruptly.No one called back, but the next day they drafted the money for the non-existent product from my bank account and tried to tell me that it was still pending. They also said that it would take over 30 days to ************** after they billed me for it.Who does business like this in 2023? I told them to cancel my order immediately and I'm watching the bank to make sure they give me my money back. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing over there. I'll never buy from them again. What a joke!

      I recently placed a larger order with Buggies Unlimited. When one of the boxes show up, the axel was sticking out of the box in three spots. All three spots were damaged. I called to ask for a credit or a new part as I would have to get it completely stripped and repainted. I was then sent an email from their claims team to leave the part in the original box so that *** could come by and inspect. ( yes they told me to leave a $110 part outside on the street by my gate) The next day after they told me to leave the part out and a new one was coming I wake up to find my account has another charge for said part with out my permission or knowledge. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They in no told me that I was going to be charged again, and would have to wait up to two weeks to "possibly" get a refund minus shipping from the original part until I called in. To top it all when I called in the customer service lady whom spoke to me acted like I was stupid for leaving the part outside like I was instructed to do. I will NEVER be buying from this company again nor do I recommend anyone else to, unless you want to pay double for broken parts, with zero apology from them.

Unfortunately for shipping claims, the package must be retained on your end in case ***** wants to inspect the package. I am sorry if someone in our **************** Team explained our policy incorrectly but you were refunded at the same time they explained to you to keep the package available for inspection. Please let us know if there is anything else you need help with and we hope you enjoy the replacement part you ordered.

      Bought a golf car extended roof top. Clearly did not fit my cart, even though the description said it would. Called customer service, spoke with Rob from tech ***** He has me send him photos of the issue. I did. Never heard anything back - crickets. **************** is terrible.

      I think one star is way too many! I ordered an item in March and they now (June) tell me it is not available after I contacted them numerous times and they had also contacted me about the fit on my particular golf cart. I DO NOT recommend this business! Find it elsewhere even if you have to spend a few pennies more. Wish I had read these reviews first.

      I was asked to leave a review for a recent purchase. The product was not what I expected based on the website photo and description, so I left a one-star review with an explanation. Buggies Unlimited did not publish the review, so customers visiting the site are led to believe that the product has only 5-star reviews.Perhaps its not surprising that a company would manipulate its reviews, but its a slimy practice, especially when the reviews are requested by e-mail.

      I wrote a review for the D294 motor from BuggiesUnlimited. The review was a ONE Star review. They will not publish it. Their website continually shows 17 FIVE star reviews and none that are fewer. I called to questioned it and was told that their social media department handles that. I called for their *********************** but cannot get through and cannot leave a message. I tried to review the product a second time in case the first one did not go through. I got a message back that I had already reviewed the product.
