      I order a unit on 01/17/24 and said it would be shipped 6 to 9 business days. The total price was $279.75. I've sent several emails with a reply I would receive a response in 48 hrs. I have yet to receive a response. My account online states that the order is unfulfilled with no explanation.

      I paid for fast pass delivery that guarantees your order to be processed in 2 business day and tracking number will be given. I have reached out several times for an update via email no response or tracking number have been sent to me. Order number is *******.

      Good afternoon, A few things to note, all order processing and shipping timeframes are business days. The fast pass added to your custom item changes the processing time from 14-21 business days to 5 business days as stated in the fast pass item description. With processing and the shipping method chosen by you at checkout (6-9 business days), your item has an eta of 8/1. This item has already shipped and tracking has been sent via email as well as updated to the order page on our website. Thank you and have a great day.

      The date of this transaction was on February 8th, 2022. I paid 241.25 USD in total. I purchased the Beginners Build A Bob Wig, 14 inches/13x4 lace frontal. The business promised a processing time of 7-10 business days for this specific item which is why I purchased since the time of wait would be less than ordering a custom unit. My order was promised to dispatch between the 17th-22 of February 2022. At the bottom of the page, the time of processing is calculated for you, which is how I know it would be dispatched between those two dates, as promised by the seller. I have attempted to contact this seller over four times. They promise to respond to emails within 24-42 hours, but I've gotten nothing. I started with an email and after not getting a reply, I resorted to commenting on their instagram page which got their attention once. They told me to dm them as they have “not seen any open emails” from me. I obliged, and hadn’t heard back, so after a few days, I began to comment on their instagram page again, but to no avail. They have continued to post on social media as if nothing happened, replying to comments except mine. They have avoided me at every turn and have made no effort to ship out an item that I spent my hard earned money on. The business has not tried to resolve the problem, they have only avoided me. They made promises to ship out a product on a certain date. I ordered the product on the 8th of February and it has been 9 days since it was supposed to ship out, 7 if we’re going off business days and I have been ignored and I feel scammed. My tracking number for this transaction is *******. I do not want a refund, I just want the product that I paid for to be shipped to me as promised.

      I spent $560.00 for hair on October 11th 2021 I paid $50 for 3-5 day shipping. It only takes two days to process the orders. It’s now October 25th 2021 and I haven’t heard from anyone regarding my order. I would like a refund.

      I spoke with ***** **** 10 times via email since 10/11. Her first request was to change the type of hair she ordered to a different type of hair. This request was processed 10/13 as our email response times are 48-72 hours. The estimated processing time for the item she purchased is 5 business days. This information is stated very clearly in a box above the add to cart button on each item. ***** chose 5 business days shipping option at checkout which gave her order an estimated arrival date of 10/27 which is when she would have received this package if the following did not occur.

       

      ***** contacted us 10/20 requesting to change her shipping address from ***** to *** ****. On 10/22 I informed her that this package had already been picked up by usps but I would put in a request to reroute it back to us. She states she must have this order by 11/1. I was able to retrieve and reshipment this package to her in *** **** 10/27. Not only did I send this package overnight I also refunded her shipping method though these delays were of no fault of ours. ***** rescheduled delivery from 10/28 and picked up her package from usps 10/30. We have not heard from her since.

       

      ***** has been a customer with us since 2017, each time she orders she does not read our processing a shipping policies nor our email response times and business hours. Instead she emails us multiple times a day with very rude language expecting an immediate response. Each time we inform her of all the policies she has chosen to ignore and each time she receives her package in accordance with our company policies.

       

      After the latest incident with ***** **** we no longer wish to continue our business relationship and we will be deactivating her account with us. If you have any further questions please be sure to let us know.
