This is regarding a handyman's job for a rental property that I own in **** ********* *** *****. We signed a contract to do some multi tasking repair in the house in order to get it ready for the next tenant to come, bcse the house was empty. This handyman's business name is: PACKMAN THE HANDYMAN, his address is: **** ********* ****** ** *****. This handyman violated the contract, which we were agreed to pay him upon completion of the job. He destroyed the house, he unpluged a lot of electrical items, such as the A/C, the door bell some outlets around the house, and took down the storm door, and 2 other doors in the guest's bathroom. He left me more work than we started with. He promised to do the job in 3 days, but, 23 days later nothing has been done. He got mad at me, he told me to he quits after all the mess and extra job he left me.Customer response
