I live out of state, and I needed to sell my Florida house. Selling quickly was a top priority for me due to unfortunate family circumstances. Synergy made it easy for me to sell my house that needed A LOT of work. This process saved me from working with high fee real estate agents and paying for costly repairs. Plus, closing was very quick, and I was able to close from out of state with a mobile notary. I no longer pay property taxes, homeowners insurance, or city codes violation for a house I wasnt living in. Most importantly, I got a fair price for my house. I am glad I went this direction and sold to Synergy. I would do this again if I had to. It was as simple as promised!Synergy Buys Houses Florida Response

This has been the best experience to sell my parents real estate. The communication was credible and transparent from the beginning of the process especially with the contract review. Jesse was very flexible about explaining and accommodating any verbiage of the contract that need to be clarified. He even helped with the removal of some items that I didnt have the chance to dispose. He is really fair with pricing and the conditions of the contract compared to other investors that tried to lower the houses market value. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company and Jesse is great and genuine person to work. He follows up and cares for his clients.
