*************************** is not a professional. He used an 8 ft step ladder to climb onto the roof which was not safe because the ladder was 2ft short of the roof line.. He should be using an extension ladder to get on roofs. Also he left the ladder unattended blocking access to the door of the house while he inspected the interior. One good gust of wind and that ladder would have blown over onto my car and could have caused damage.He did not have a digital temp gauge. Instead he took a picture of the entire contents of my refrigerator to prove it works. A professional would have taken a picture of the digital temp gauge and it's reading. I even have a thermometer in my freezer and he did not take a picture of the thermometer reading. He also should be using it to verify the temperature of the hot water. All he did was photo the water running. What was the temp? Too hot? Too cold? Where's his temp gauge??? He also misidentified the black Flex Seal spray as mold. He thinks cedar is a Christmas tree. Cedar was placed in the crawl space because cedar ****** bugs and the shingles he calls debris is actually used as a moisture barrier. Then to top it off he lied and said I would not let him test the windows. I offered to open them for him but he declined and told me no , that he would just put in the report that they do not operate. Which he did do even though they work just fine.
