I called because my movie projector was having issues with contrast in the image. I stopped by their shop and showed a video of the image on my phone to the tech guy there. I was told that it could be related to the bulb of the projector. I said that I recently replaced the bulb so it could be related to that. The guy in the office said to me to call the home office to schedule and appointment. I called for an appointment to diagnose and repair the problem. The tech guy came to my house and opened the projector, he said that it needs to be repaired by ****. I told him that it might be the bulb since I recently replaced it and the other person in their office also said it could be the bulb but he said it’s not the bulb. He didn’t do anything else. He did touch the projector to try to diagnose or fix the problem. I am now being charged $219 by Atlantic Home for this visit. They could’ve told me that I need to call **** when I showed them the video in the shop. At the very least the tech could’ve at least try to clean and reinstall the projector bulb to see if that was the problem and maybe it that didn’t fix it they could say the tried. Tech stayed for maybe 5 minutes of this 2 hours that they allotted for me. He also didn’t install my game systems which was part of the service call. Invoice *****. Date 2/21/23.Business response

Atlantic Home Technologies installed my Central Vaccuum unit in my new home in 2016. Unfortunately, the unit does not work any longer and I reached out to Beam, which is the manufacturer of the unit. They stated I had to work with the company who installed the unit for a replacement, since it was under a 10 year warranty. I reached out to them in July by filing an online inquiry since they had no ability to leave a message. I had no response from them until August 9th from a person named *****. He asked for specifics for the unit which I provided him on his voicemail. I received a text follow up stating they were working on my inquiry, which was over 45 days ago. I responded back to the text and they stated they were still working on the inquiry to replace the unit. I've attempted to contact ***** and have been unable to not only reach him but leave a message for him via their phone number. I am now going on almost 3 months without any type of resolution for this situation.Business response
