    In October I called Erwin Insurance to remove a vehicle I no longer had from my coverage I spoke to a representative and she assured me that it was done and that the premium would change but she didn't know how much until the system updated and that she would call me back with the new premium. After about two weeks no call it was time to pay the new premium because the due date was the same but the premium was not so I called to get the new premium since it was not provided as the rep advised on our last call. This time I spoke to the same rep who advised that the car had not been taken off and that she didn't know why. At this time I advised her of our previous encounter she had no answers and again promised that she would figure it out consult with the office manager Ms ***** and call me back. Of course, she did not and I called again demanding Ms ***** she said it wasn't done she was confused as to why there was nothing she could do about it and I had to pay the previous premium, Livid that this had happened I couldn't go without insurance so I paid it. This month December same issue and they tried to make me pay the higher premium again the car has not been removed and Erwin has not reimbursed me for the last one as promised. They are saying that I can do nothing about the higher premium I paid and lose that money. Mind you after making the necessary changes to the policy the premium is over ****** less I can't afford to have given the ****** extra for their mistake and I want my money back and for them to own their mistake.

    I dropped a vehicle that I sold from my policy 2 months ago. Last month my payment was the same as it was with 2 vehicles I called after payment was declined because I was unaware that my insurance wasn't going to drop back down until the following billing cycle. When I called ***** explained that I dropped the vehicle after the billing cycle and that was the reason for the amount, but assured me that my payment goes back down the following month after asking several times because I have terrible anxiety issues and can't handle unexpected situations sometimes. Well once again my payment was declined this month so I called and was told that I never dropped the vehicle that I sold 2 months ago and is on file with the *** that it's sold. I spoke with ***** again and she argued with me basically saying that she remembers me and I never dropped the vehicle. Terrible customer service she couldn't just admit she messed up and fixed it. Either way it opened my mind that just because they offer cheap insurance that sometimes it's worth paying more for better customer service. By the way I have been with Erwin insurance on and off for several years and several vehicles as I like to buy and sell. ***** was the best and never had any issues with him as an insurance agent, but ***** is very rude and thinks she is always right somehow I guess because she is HBIC in there. Whatever......just stay clear of this specific location!!!
