      I am rejecting this response because: I have been sending all of the documents to this ******** ******* but they never process because as I was advised they hold onto claims although separate dates until all info has been received on each individual claim. This is what I was advised by *** the customer service rep. see attached letter.

      On 01/27/2022 I purchased a set of ********* ****** *** ***** for $719.99 each I also purchased an extended warranty on both. These items were purchased at ********* **** in ************ **. The price for the warranty was $249.99 on or around 06/28/2023 the washer quit working. At this time the manufacturer warranty was over so I called ********* **** and they advised me to call ********. I called and was told they would send a repair person out on 07/05/2023 he came out and diagnosed the machine. Parts were sent to my residence and the repairman came back around 07/17/2023 or there abouts.at this time I was told machine would need replaced. The company name was **** *********. On 08/03/2023 I received a check in the amount of $324.56 I called ******** and questioned this because the warranty states that if they can't repair that they would replace it. Was told that this amount was what was left after them paying for repairmans service call. I have to add they are the ones who called them not me. I don't believe they are being honest or advertising their products in an honorly manner and they mislead people. $$719.99 plus cost of warranty $249.99 equals $969.98 does not seem quite fair.

      My husband and I purchased disability insurance on his truck. He was injured in the coal mines and the insurance company has continually been late in its payments to the ** **** ******* on this loan. Now for some reason, ** **** is sending us collection letters for nonpayment. I have faxed copies of these letters to the Insurance company, and have spoken to the company who assures me they have not missed a payment. ** **** tells me they have not received payment. Someone is lying. and in the meantime, these late fees are adding up and worst of all these late payments show up on our credit report as late payments. I need an answer on what is going on. and I would like all late payments on our credit report removed.

      My name is ****** *****, Executor of The Estate of ******* *****, deceased. I received a the letter in the mail dated 05/25/2022 stating that ******* ***** is the beneficiary of a life insurance benefits claim. The letter advised that the check was mailed to the Creditor. On 08/19/22, I went to the Creditor’s office, also known as World Finance, located at **** ******** **. **** **** ******* **. I provided my legal Letters Testamentary granted to me by the Laurens County Probate Judge as Executor of ******* *****’s Estate, along with a copy of the deceased’s death certificate and my drivers license. The World Finance associate then informed me that they had sent the check back to Fortegra to change the named beneficiary after finding out she was deceased. The associate then proceeded to tell me that the check was reprinted and re-issued to ********* next of kin. The next of kin was an unauthorized person and had no legal rights to accept a check on behalf of my mother. World Finance and Fortegra acted in bad faith by improperly handling this check and illegally changing the names insurance beneficiary. The reissued check should’ve been made payable to The Estate of ******* *****. I’m requesting that Fortegra and World Finance reissue another (2nd) check in the correct (original) beneficiary’s name, which is ******* ***** or The Estate of ******* *****. The check given to the unauthorized “next of kin” needs to be collected and returned or there needs to be a stop payment placed on that check. As ******* *****’s Executor, I am the only legally authorized person to handle any monetary funds or transactions on her behalf. I’m asking that this matter be resolved immediately without further legal action.

      I purchased furniture from ********* ** ***** ***** ** on November 7th 2020, along with a warranty through ********. I telephoned them over a week ago about a problem that needs fixed on my couch. At first, the lady I was speaking with stated my issue was not covered (without really knowing the issue). After I explained further she asked for my email address and explained that I would receive an email from them with my claim number, and to attached pictures and respond to the email. It's been over a week and I have not received an email or any contact from the company. I just want them to honor the warranty and repair the issue.

      8/02/2022: I call to report a damage to a sofa. I purchased an extended warranty. I’ve had to have this sofa fixed multiple times before for the same problem. I requested a new chair but never got an answer. The last time it was repaired I was told that they sent the wrong piece so the guy did something for it to work. I called today and reported that it has not worked for months and was told that I had waited too long. I’ve had the same problems with this sofa since I purchased it. I need my sofa fixed.

      The furniture that I am referencing is a sofa. The love seat was just reported. Yes the sofa has been reported multiple times and thefix only lasted for a little while. The last time I reported this issue asked fora replacement for the defected sofa. I received no response. The loveseat is a seperate chair. I bought 3 peices. I’ve found that other customers are having the same issues. All I wan is my sofa and loveseat fixed. No I didn’t wait until the end of the warranty to ask for a fix  a representative came out on August 05, 2022. He said I would be hearing from someone because the loveseat needs repair
