Excel services offers a course for life and health insurance pre license, the course is about 60 hours and at the end you have to do a test and have to pass with 70 in order to get the pre license, after that you supposed to go and take the real test at school or online. I did everything according the course and the first time got a score of 68 a second time a score of 63, and the third time a 79, each time that you take the test is 150 questions in ab3 hour window , the last time I took a picture and share with my fiance and after I close the test it supposed to update automatically, but the system didn’t updated, I called customer service and the lady said that is a común problem with the system and is nothing that she can do about it. She said that I would have to take the test again and try again and I questioned her that what if it happens again and she said that is a common problem but people retake again on the past, I told her that is time consuming and I do Uber for a living and this was my 3rd attempt and finally I succeeded but she just apologized and said that I have to take it again. I told her that she need it to talk with her supervisor and she state that they would say the same thing, so I told her that I was going to report her name is ******* ****** and is customer service at Xcel solutions customer service.
