            The BBB received 4 complaints from 10/01/2019 through 05/19/2022. We have reached out to company on 04/27/2022 as of today company has not made any attempt to resolve any current issues. Consumers allege that company provides subpar work also takes large deposits with never returning to do the job also consumers allege that after complaining to the company they are blocked. There has been no attempt to respond to complaints.

              3/21/22 - deposit placed for a paver walkway. Company stated it would be 5-7 weeks before the project could take place. 4/21/22 - contacted the company to ask for an update and they said they would be able to do the project in 2 weeks 5/4- asked for an update and did not hear anything to schedule the appointment 5/5 - asked for a call back or refund of deposit. I had to call the company myself - they stated they had "issues obtaining the materials". I asked them for a refund of the deposit any they said "no refunds". When asking further about why I can't have my deposit refunded when materials have not been ordered and service was not provided, the owner stated," take me to court."

              Hired Tito at Beyond pavers to repair our driveway and re-level a large portion of our lanai. Initially thought they did a good job but in a short time the water was pooling again in the same spot. Took multiple calls to get Tito to come out and take a look and he then said it wasnt draining properly. He stated he would send one of his guys back to drill holes under the pavers to allow a spot for drainage. Needless to say he has never returned and has not returned a single call or text in almost a year.
