****** was very knowledgeable and professional before the job was done, but seems like after the sod was installed he wasnt as helpful! Sod was not filling in properly, and full of weeds, even though we hired ***************, who was recommended by ****** due to them having a special Zoysia program. We went with Zoysia because it was suppose to be less maintenance . Weeds were and are still out of control almost a year later and we can still see the spaces in between sod pieces that never filled in! When I called ******, all he said was he just installs and doesnt have anything to do with the weeds or other issues! We even had extra dirt laid, but the dirt was not level when sod laid as there are many small *** and downs (or small hills) in our yard! Not pleased at all for a very expensive job!!! I dont feel like the sod was laid close enough together because it's s not filling in, needless to say lots s of areas are dead! At least a pallet or 2 worth! We do have an irrigation system and we watered as told! We have since fired *********************** and will be hiring someone else to see if they can help us and our weed situation!

I am sorry to hear that the Zoysia sod that she requested has not performed to her expectations. She had already decided on that when we met. Unfortunately I have no recourse as I am not a grower or distributor. We only install. During a follow up visit all the sod was alive (just thriving at different levels). I hope the new spray company can turn it around as she was very enthusiastic about the project. Weve both done everything in our power to do.
