Yellowstone landscape was hired to do the landscape maintenance on our property at Hammock Grove condominiums here in Jacksonville, Florida. So far they're service has been very sporadic weeks of not showing up and cutting the grass weeds growing to 12 leaves, and debris not blown off the streets and sidewalks and pricker vine growing up through the shrubs and attaching themselves to the windows outside of the building. I have made calls repeatedly to the company asking them to provide the service that they are paid for. When they show up they do not complete the job and leave high grass around telephone poles and electrical boxes. Their workers are often found checking their phones and doing other things other than continually doing the jobBusiness response

While we respect and appreciate the input of all residents who live within the communities we serve, our contract and all direction and communications are with the Association’s Board and the Property Management. The defined and appropriate process for residents to voice their concerns is through their community’s defined processes. It is not feasible for our firm to take direction from individuals occupying units or homes within a community.
We strongly encourage residents to attend their community’s monthly board meetings and participate in the process of governing their community and understanding the scope of services contracted by the community’s vendor partners.
