I have been dealing with ******* ******** the owner of this company for 4 years now he is my lawn servicer abs has been since 6/3/18. From then up until 3/29 I have remained loyal and have only had my yard service by him and his company. The relationship was professional communication started from Facebook which is how I was referred to him and eventually numbers were exchanged to continue making appointments. On 3/29 *** ******** came to my home to perform his routine lawn service only he had a worker with him. I work from home so I was in the master bedroom of my home where I can see my yard being cut the worker was in the back yard by my ac unit when I heard a loud noise like a clank and shriek sound I assumed he hit the wall with the lawnmower when I looked out the window he had he left the spot by the ac and continued cutting. 1 week before he agreed to cut my yard I had a contractor coming out to add refrigerant to my unit as it was low abs the thermostat was not reaching desired temperature their appt was set for 3/30 the day after *** ******* services me. Upon their arrival they found the thermostat was no longer working abs the went to check the outside ac. There the agent reported the transformer was destroyed abs the wires “were caught in a lawnmower “ I immediately called *** ******* to report this. He stated he would talk to his worker and “whatever the damage is I got you”. I told him I’d keep him posted to see if the home warranty company will cover it he agreed abs stated to keep him posted this was a verbal conversation 3/30. Since then he has not replied to my many attempts to reach him with an update & quote from Beaches Air outlining the damage is $2500. I have called , sent text, write him on Facebook which he ignores all attempts. I have 2 children one who has asthma and bronchitis it’s extremely hot in my home and he has financially put me in a terrible situation. The ac was working just needed refrigeration prior to 3/29 when he destroyed it
