      On march 23 2022 I was at the laundry mat parked in a parking spot. Turf masters were out cutting the grass for the business parking areas on the sides of the lot. I was sitting in my car and my fiance was standing at the trunk of my car. At this time the lawn guy was driving the mower a crossed the parking lot with his blade still going. When all of a sudden I heard glass shatter. I heard my fiance yell and I jumped out not knowing what had happened at that time. He then waved the mower guy down and the lawn guy ignored us. That's when i asked what happened and my fiance said a rock flew out and shattered the back windshield of my car. When the lawn guy was done mowing we talked to him and he said he would give us his bosses name and number. He then ran to his work truck and called his boss and informed them that he did not hear the glass scatter or rock hitting it. We called the boss and spoke to her she informed us that he did not do anything to the glass and they would be happy to pay for half of the damages. I told her I would like to speak to the owner or manager of turf masters because I didn't feel like I should have to cover half when I was minding my own business while parked in a parking lot. I was informed by the manager that they were not liable for the damages and I told him I needed to speak the the owner. Friday and Monday passed no phone called. So I just called and ******* the office lady said they were standing by what they said about not being liable and would not pay for the damages.

      Turf-masters has offered to pay for 1/2 of the window. Even though we could not confirm our responsibility for the breakage. We are still willing to reimburse Ms **** for half the cost if Mr. and Ms. **** agree to withdrawal the complaint. *********

      I have been using TurfMaster for several years now. They maintain my lawn care for weed control and fertilization. A few years ago, I had a major issue where the grass was burned due to the use of old chemicals. I spent several hundreds of dollars purchasing high-grade soil to restore my lawn to its beauty. I did not find out about the bad chemicals until later. Turfmaster at that time reimbursed me for the monies spent on the soil. Currently, I had another situation where I was told I had cinch bugs and they would treat the lawn for them. Well, needless to say, this was not the problem and the solution didn't work. Whatever was sprayed on the lawn again damaged it, Turfmaster agreed to resod the lawn. The sod that was laid was dead and never took root and was laid on top of my sprinkler system causing damage to many of the sprinkler heads. As I complained, the company proceeded to find issues with my irrigation system and refused to do any further work until I corrected my sprinkler system problem. Several conversations and meetings with ***** the manager took place and nothing has been accomplished. There were conversations where he told me I would not need to pay for the services until all corrective actions had taken place. Well, they have not serviced my yard and stuck me with a balance of over $400. My yard is full of dead grass and weeds. I have before and after pictures available.

      We have been Mrs. *****'s lawn care provider for several years. We did resod the lawn was indicated in the complaint. After replacing the yard, we sent a copy of the instructions for watering. After Mrs ***** Called about the sod returned to investigate and found that two of her valves were inoperative. Mrs. ***** was onsite when the system was inspected. We offered to repair the irrigation system but Mrs. ***** declined. We asked Mrs ***** to let us know when she got the irrigation working correctly. She has never told us the system has been repaired. We wrote the total amount of here balance off. ($425.21) We advised her that we could no longer caring for her lawn as she was not going to repair the irrigation system.
