From day one until today that I finally paid the negotiated amount, the different members of the staff I have dealt with, showed excellent customer service and professional demeanor. Today when I received the call from ***********************************, to walk me through graduation I felt I was the luckiest man on earth. She made me feel relieved and walked me through the whole process in a way, that I did not feel burdened or rushed, by the contrary, my experience thanks to ****** today, ends a period of distress and doubts with the conviction, that the staff at Century Law Firm is chosen with the interest of the customer at hand. I cannot be more pleased with the work they have done on my behalf. They continue to keep me updated on the progress of things, and their negotiations with my creditors to reduce the payments blows me away. A great company to have on my side.

I called customer service and spoke to ********************* in regards to changing my due date for my payment each month. **** was very courteous and handled my request promptly and with ease. This young man was a real pleasure to speak with. I have had nothing but good experiences every time I have contacted your firm, which makes a very difficult situation (for the client) a lot easier to deal with. ****** was exceptional. Communication throughout the term of the program was exceptional. Well done and thank you !!! Throughout the program, times came up where I had to change my dates of payment. I've been in the program for 20 months. This month, I needed to reduce my payment to take care of some unexpected expenses (AC unit replacement - it's going to be HOT this weekend). ********************* and ***** were so kind and helpful.
