The business is a mobile auto repair company. I had them come out to diagnose my 2013 Honda Odyssey Van's AC to determine why it wasn't blowing as cold as it should. They arrived on July 24th, 2023. I paid them $100 for this service and they told me I needed to repair and replace the AC Expansion Valve and perform an ac service. This was paid to them the same day in Cash. They then wrote me a work order for $295.76 to replace the AC Expansion Valve, AC Service, and Parts. They came back 4 days later to do the job and managed to strip a bolt and couldn't finish the job. They told me they had to find a part and would come back to finish the job. They eventually came back on August 8th to replace the part where the bolt stripped. They then finished the remainder of the work order. Upon finishing they called me out to inform me that the ac still wasn't working properly due to a freon leak (they never mentioned this when I originally paid to have it diagnosed). They ran a uv dye and I was told they still couldn't find the leak at that time. To look for the lead they completely disassembled / damaged underneath my passenger dashboard area, as well as removed several internal air components. I was informed on the work order that they would return within 48 hours to finish finding the leak, as well as reassembling everything. They had me paid for the job on August 8th, and today is August 14th and I keep getting the run around via text that "we'll be out today". We're down to one vehicle now and school just started back so it's costing me a lot to get around for work, errands, etc. I believe they misdiagnosed my vehicle from the start, did incorrect repairs, and then damaged/disassembled my vehicle making it inoperational and unsuitable for driving. I now have to first pay to have me vehicle reassembled (keeping in mind that the broke clamps while snatching out parts from under the dash) before I can drive it to a repair shop and have the job done.
