SCAM company, do not use. Bought a scooter from amazon for up to 400 pounds, they tell me they wont sell it to me unless I'm less than 330 pounds because it voids their extra warranty, that I believe they wanted me to purchase. Never returned a single phone call or text. BEWARE. Thank god for amazon, they were able to cancel the order and is starting an investigation on this company. I may also talk to an ADA lawyer, since they required bio-metric data in order to purchase.

Hi **************, were sorry for your experience and thanks for writing about it because it gives us a chance to explain how we work. Amazon doesnt cancel orders. The seller would do that at the request of the customer and we did indeed cancel your order after you requested we do so. Our five year warranty is pretty special- it covers nearly the entire scooter, motor drive train, electronics, even the batteries. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS WARRANTY. It is included in the purchase price and it is the #1 reason most people choose Living Well Stores. All warranties have conditions, however. We also know that for most customers, scooters are a pricey investment. We want a Living Well Stores customer to be as happy with their purchase in five years as they are the day they got it. We know that the ****** capacity of the scooter vs. the ****** of the rider and their cargo plays an important role in their satisfaction. As the rider and their cargo approach the manufacturers rated max ****** for a scooter, all of the performance characteristics of the scooter declines. Its just a fact of physics. We have learned from experience that when rider/cargo are below 85% of that max ****** rating, we know that most customers are going to be happy with their scooter investment for many years to come. So what we tell folks is that while the manufacturers warranty ALWAYS applies, our FREE AND INCLUDED additional five year warranty would not apply in those situations and we advise the customer to consider the next larger model scooter. The scooter you selected was rated at 400 lbs. Applying our 85% rule means we would recommend a customer not purchase that scooter if they plan to load it with more than 340 lbs. We do not, however refuse to sell an Amazon customer a scooter. We simply let them know that our five year warranty would not apply. Every company has ways of doing business. Ours are structured to ensure that a customer who chooses us is going to be thrilled with their purchase for its foreseeable life. **************, Amazon has a very strict policy regarding sellers communicating with their customers. In particular, they do not allow us to communicate via text or personal email. Only Amazons own email system may be used for written communications. We let you know about Amazons rule in a reply to your text. We see that we promptly responded to your request to cancel your order when it came to us via Amazon. While we always love talking by phone with customers, including those who have purchased from Amazon, we are simply not able to return calls when the message left by the customer and in previous calls were abusive and belligerent.

Very professional and Knowledgable on the units they sell....white glove delivery is worth every penny....the best warranty in the business....
