      I’ve been staying at the Windsor Inn in ************ Florida at **** ******* *** for about eight weeks now. We have not had hot water in the last five days.

      Mrs ***** came and effectively stayed here for a while. She was given a discount rate for staying at the hotel of a long period of time. 

      Mrs ***** and management never had a problem with anything. The boiler went out on the evening of May 09th and it was fixed on May 14th. She was given a discount of $40 dollars which it was given to her in the form of cash. All the guest were advised that it was going to take a couple days to have the hot water running. If she was dissatisfied we offered to give their money back however she decided to stay now she is requesting a refund even-though she decided to stay and use all the hotel amenities. Unfortunately people have choices and if she was so unhappy she could have requested to leave and get a refund. On the mean time she used the electricity she had a room that needed to be cleaned ad I had to pay for those services as well as the cable, electricity, water, toiletries, breakfast, etc.  It is impossible she wants to be refunded when she had ample choices to leave and get her money back but not after the fact.

      I had a room reservation at this hotel location for the check-in date of 03/09/24, and check-out date of 03/10/24. The room was in poor condition, and when I went to use the shower the morning of 03/10/24, prior to check-out, the shower did not work. I advised the front desk attendant, and she stated that she would notify the management. I requested a courtesy credit as a result of this mishap. At this point, this failed to be done, and I received no other response from the hotel management.
