I hope this message finds you well. Before addressing the concerns raised by the customer, I want to take this opportunity to reach out to you directly. I am deeply disappointed by the nature of **** ******** complaint.
**** ****** purchased our 2023 Kawasaki ZX6R, a brand new motorcycle with 900 miles, on ******** It is essential to note that she obtained financing from Road Runner Financial, a separate entity from our dealership. As one of Road Runner's top dealers, we maintain a strong commitment to integrity and transparency, ensuring that all transactions adhere to the highest standards. We operate from two locations, both of which boast top ratings on platforms such as Google and BBB.
During the purchase process, we provided **** ****** with comprehensive guidance. Although insurance was not mandatory, we strongly recommended it, emphasizing its importance in safeguarding against unforeseen circumstances. **** ****** also willingly opted for GAP insurance, further enhancing her protection. It is crucial to clarify that nobody can secure financing without undergoing an interview and meeting Road Runner's rigorous requirements. **** ****** completed all necessary steps, including providing the requisite documentation, and we meticulously documented every aspect of the transaction.
Regrettably, we learned of an incident involving **** ******** grandson and the motorcycle three weeks post-purchase. Importantly, the accident was not attributed to any fault with the motorcycle. In fact, **** ******** grandson maintains regular contact with our sales representative and has expressed eagerness to return for future purchases upon his recovery.
I personally attempted to contact **** ****** on two occasions to discuss her grievance. However, she indicated that she would return my call, which has yet to occur. My intention was simply to gain clarity on her complaint, as the allegations appear unfounded given the comprehensive documentation and transparent processes involved in her transaction. **** ****** had ample opportunity to review all terms before finalizing the deal, and she willingly accepted our offer upon returning.
I kindly request that the complaint be retracted, as its continuation only serves to detrimentally impact a small business like ours. We are committed to resolving any concerns in a fair and timely manner, and we remain available to address any further inquiries or issues that may arise.
