i paid These guys to fix my kickstart and starter by installing the new parts I ordered to there shop They fixed my starter but the kickstart that they installed Is old rusted out and it’s not what I paid for it also does not work properly the kickstart is supposed to kick back up immediately after kicking it down I have to call it back up with my bare hands every time because it is old and worn out. I tried contacting them to get them to do what I paid them to do and they said they broke the new one that I bought they also try to blame me and say that this is somehow my fault trying to say that I damaged it I did not damage this one I spent 20 mins of my morning trying to kickstart the kickstart they installed it does not work properly and not what I paid for they refuse to admit this is their fault. and try to say that it was working perfectly upon delivery there lying the last time I paid them $150 bc They said they had my scooter temporarily fixed It got me 15 minutes down the roadBusiness response

Due to COVID I'm getting around to this later than intended. The customer has been explained to thoroughly what happened. We replaced ****'s starter and kick start that he bought had a defective bolt that broke off inside of his new kickstart as seen on the pictures. We replaced it with one we had in stock. Made him completely aware. Prior to all of that before his new parts came we told him we could do a temp repair and it could last 5 miles or 5 days either way it's nothing more than temporary. Upon installation of new parts and delivery we also told him it's a little scooter and you're a big boy to please stop kick-starting it locked it's a 500cc when it's only a 50cc. This is not the first time we've replaced these parts for him he keeps putting all good weight down and breaking it again. The kid is hard headed and refuses to listen. He got everything he paid for in full even offered to give him his new defective kick start lever but he keeps demanding it be installed and can't seem to grasp the concept it's defective. He also can't seem to understand the lever has no impact on the kick start gears inside the box. He keeps kicking it entirely to hard and stripping out the gears and thinks it has to do with the lever when it in fact does not. This poor kid is a hot headed young buck who refuses to listen. He even got us run off from an ******* **** where he broke down because he got loud and cursed towards the employees. He's a nuisance.....

I am rejecting this response because: this ********* ***** and his ****** prone brother knows that we agreed that the last $150 I payed him was to install my NEW kickstart and make sure it works properly.not to mention the $500 Ive spent having them work on my scooter over the course of a month. They said $150 covers a full diagnosis after I already spent $500 dollars with them for “diagnosis’s” they suddenly found that the starter needed to be replaced. Not to mention I tip them $20 dollars every time. If they choose to refuse to make this right ******** ******** will make them. I have all the proof I need on my scooter and text messages.they will be taking this old rusted garbage off my scooter and replacing it with a NEW one since they broke mine there gonna buy it the new kickstart was only $16 brand new
