They damaged my furniture left a huge scratch across the headboard of my bed they did not wrap anything as they walked it across our parking garage. Drag the expensive wood across the concrete. They couldnt figure out how to put my bed together and while they were doing it I heard a huge crack so I asked him to stop and I ended up putting it together myself. All but told me I had to tip them which I was already planning on doing and did. Keep in mind this was all before I noticed the approximately 9 inch scratch across my headboard of a bed I just purchased. How disappointing.

They stole my TV made it seem like I had to pay them 100 a piece then I had to turn around and pay the owner because they made it seem like I could leave them while they loaded my storage now Im unloading it Im missing my biggest TV and everything that was my kitchen and dining room my kids fathers which is deceased photos with our kids were in there and now I am missing it I cant even cook tonight for my kids Im heartbroken how can someone be so ruthless. I was by myself with my two kids. I feel they completely took advantage of me. Im calling an attorney Monday I wasnt after the tV but the boxes with my very important things and memorabilia I have to now all my kids have in his possession of their father are his shoes Im so hurt and in disbelief

Mrs. ****** We have told you we do not accept Cash over the phone and via text at time of booking. Our form of payment is either cash app or a credit/debit card. You understood that and paid the deposit with CASHAPP. We start the job and You tipped the movers with cash before the job was over and left them before we get paid at the end. You turned of your phone for several minutes leaving us unpaid at storage. After I texted you we can not unload the whole thing with out customer present and us getting paid. Then you called and told me you would pay in next 3 minutes via cash app. and made us wait for 45 minutes under the rain and didn't pay. After an hour we had to make a decision to bring back what was still inside the truck back to our warehouse to get it delivered after payment is made. Once you realize that, you finally called and made the payment via cash app and we went back and delivered the remainder next day without any extra charges to you. There was no Tv when we unloaded the remainders. They were all delivered that 1st trip. You didnt gave us a lock to secure your storage so we have no control who might have gotten in to it after we left. We always recommend customers to be present to ensure all is ok at the end to not get in to situations like this. We serve several hundred customers a year and we do not come in to situations like this. This is very uncomfortable for us as well. We serve with honesty and expect to get get paid at the end promptly.

Take heed to the review responses my kids no longer have their photo album with their deceased father photos. He removed my review the first time. I can no longer access it. I have a lawyer and police report. I had a brother pass away in **** I had me and his photos in a box with my books that along with my bookshelf ** my daughters easel and my bar are gone. I locked my storage after they got done I wish I stayed and watched but I had to much to do came back after he said my things were there and didnt even notice they were missing until I moved things into home. Im hurt dont really care about the ** and other things but my photos meant a lot to me and my children and now they are gone. This was a big mistake on my part. He will come back and say I gave his movers 100 a piece with out paying him. I tipped them they advised I could leave never did I not answer the phone. I was unaware that I could not pay cash so I had to pay him 250 because he instructed his men to leave with my things. Went to storage after he told me my things were there the next day. Didnt give me a time when they would be there. Soon as he text me my things were there I went to storage to lock. Seen 3 of my **s in the front so thought everything was in place. moved my things in yesterday and i noticed I was missing several things. Im disgusted wish I never did business with them Im so hurt. I had pics of my two favorite people in the world and now its all gone. Just got a police report and a lawyer. Do not let them move you he will get on here and say things to make you out a bad guy but they are not professional and I feel like I was robbed. I have spoken with the people that work for him (they gave me their personal number) and was told he told them to bring my things to him dont unload them. I even text him thank you after my things were delivered and told him I would be using him the following week. Glad I did not use them again. I just want my books and photos back.

We have already addressed all the issues on our first response. We have also explained to police officer and we are willing to co-operate with Law enforcement if anything else is needed.I am sorry you can not locate the photos but we do not have them. We have delivered everything to your storage and you were again not there and storage was again unlocked when we left.
