I contacted this business on June 25th and asked if they had space to fix my car and how long would it take to fix it, I was told once they receive the car they can tell me, they received my car june 29th and told me 2 weeks, however since then have been giving me excuses and telling me on a monday you’ll be finished by Thursday, this has been going on every week since The last week in July, it is now august 23rd they still have my car and are being very rude when I ask questions about the finish date told me it was a two day job once they receive all the parts they’ve had all of the parts since The 2nd week of JULy please help me to get my car back it is going on 3 months, everytime I ride by my car is just sitting there nothing has been done to it.Business response

This vehicle is an insurance claim, that is currently being repaired properly based on the extent of the damages and parts availability. Our technicians are working effectively to repair the vehicle properly and we have shown Ms ******* every step of the way what is being done. It's our priority to repair the vehicle safely and with specific detail to all working components of her front end. Her Damages cost close to $8000 and she asked for assistance on saving her deductible, which she said she could not afford. This was not a 2 day or 2 week repair. We are doing our best to complete the vehicle and provide proper customer service to Ms. *******.
She can stop by at any time to check progress on her vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:What dealer is the vehicle at, and why didn’t you ask the dealer how long it would take or where the car is on their schedule to be seen, so that you CoUld give the customer an ETA? I was given a ETA of Thursday 9/1/22 that my car would be ready, now we don’t have an ETA of when well will have it back from the dealer, to me this is a bunch of games being played to be honest all because this complaint has been written,

The Dealer estimated 1-2 days for service. We should have the vehicle returned on 9/2/2022. We will, contact the vehicle owner when the vehicle is complete.
If the customer rejects this response, it's fine. I can only call when it's complete, safe and ready to go. The deductible due is $1000 upon pick up. Thank you
