1 starMy name id **************** from **********, ** and was interested in purchasing your 2022 Corvette. Was talking to ************************* and ***************** who have been totally difficult to negotiate with and not helpful at all!! I have tried to discuss pricing via emails and text messages with them for the past 2 weeks and they have totally ignored my requests. I was told at one point the Corvette had been sold while we were in discussions, later to be told it was still available.I would have to initiate all conversation with these two employees, only to receive no reply. I even called **** Saturday and still haven't heard back from him. They did send paperwork on the Corvette, (see attachment) with pricing, which I asked some questions, and again, never received an answer. All I wanted was the Acura Advantage Plan ($2995) removed because I can't use your advantage plan since it's specific to your dealership and I live 9 hours away.I'm under the impression their sale professional doesn't care to sell cars!!Very bad experience with your dealership.Review fromJoseph P

1 starWe have bought and leased Acura's since 2005. 05 TSX, 11 TSX, 16 TLX, 19 RDX, 22 MDX. All of these have been through ***** or Orange Park. I can assure you that after our 22 MDX lease return this week you need to steer clear of them at all costs! We agreed to a deal three days ago after they looked over our pristine low mileage lease return and offered cash on top in the form of a check. We came in today and all of a sudden it's half of what's agreed to. Classic bait and switch. Their shady sales tactics and lack of honesty is disheartening with us being such loyal Acura owners for so long. I would suggest going to ***** Acura for any and all purchases and leases. The only reason we went with Orange Park at the time was because they had what we wanted instock. However if you find something you like at Orange Park have ***** transfer the vehicle to them and purchase from *****. Acura makes a solid vehicle with some quirks as most manufacturers however we decided to become a Lexus Family. Hope this helps people looking to shop at Acura of Orange Park.***Review fromCynthia B

1 starThe sales person was great, but once you're handed over to financing and the general manager you're screwed. The entire process with them was horrible. They lie and add thousands of dollars in upgrades and options that you didn't ask for. I was even charged for something that the vehicle didn't have and they never refunded that money. Stay away from Hanania, they're shady thieves that are out for all that they can get from you. Don't waste your time and money there.Review fromSteven H

2 starsFound just the vehicle I wanted. Sales Rep was polite and well spoken. Vehicle was just the model I needed with all the right options and ************. Then it happened, they started to tally up the add-ons. Nearly a grand to prep the vehicle, however this is not uncommon with used car dealers so I was willing to take one for the team. Then the Advantage Plan, roadside assistance, unlock services and pays your deductible if stolen. This is nearly $3000 on top on the advertised price. I explained that I am an unemployed Combat Arms Disabled Veteran an didnt need or want the additional plan. They insisted that I had no choice if I wanted the vehicle, Its included in the deal! So I reluctantly gave in to the $4000.00 mark-up even though moneys tight for my family and my insurance company already gives me some of the options in their plan. This could have been wonderful experience but it was actually quite unpleasant. And the process with the finance officer was a bit shady. He claimed there was a snag with the **** and needed me to come back in and sign a fresh application. Turns out they omitted the Advantage Plan and slid it back in there. After carrying the flag for 20 years and working in customer service for 18 years, I can honestly say Hanania of Orange Park can do better. Now I dont believe in just being a problem reporter, so I offer this resolution. Actually include the $3,000.00 Advantage Plan in the advertised price rather than forcing it on a customer at closing. And share the details related to the $900 prep fee. The oil change was done at the Auto Mall and wasnt close to being due. But I did get a full tank of gas. Thats about $34 a gallon.************* ***, ***.Review fromPaul R

1 starI read the other reviews and unfortunately I should have looked at them before doing business with this dealership. They intentionally lie and use deceptive business practices. I bought a ********* car including **** dollar dealer add on for paint and body car. When I went to pick up the car and it was "detailed" I noticed numerous scrapes and marks to the paint. I pointed it out to *********** (***), and he took some pictures with his phone and said he would find out procedure and call me back next day.I never heard from him and when I did call him a few days later he said he was with a customer and hung up. I called the sales manager (***********************) who seemed very concerned when I explained problem and the unprofessional behavior of his salesman (***). He promised to look into it and would call me back within an hour with some answers. He never called back. I left two more detailed messages for him and he never bothered calling me back.So then I called the General manager (***************). He did not answer and I left him a detailed phone message... No response or return call. I sent him an email detailing the poor communication and the problems I am encountering with the car... No response.Review fromJP R

2 starsI usually avoid posting negative reviews but I was deceived and lied to by multiple employees at this dealership. I recently purchased pre owned **** raptor The salesmen stated that the vehicle has 4 new tires when I was test driving it. The sensor for the tires was going off so I was concerned that there was something wrong with the tires. ****** the salesmen reassured me that it was just that the sensors had to be reset and they can't do it because that's only done at ****.I took his word on it and when I took it to **** they told me that sensors on the tires don't have to be reset. They have to be replaced and should have been with the new tires or you'll always be driving with the sensor light on. So far it's been months and I have been getting passed around from employee to employee stating that they would make it right. I bought the vehicle in March and I still have no resolution. This week in august I was able to speak to *************** who was aware of situation but denied making things right with its deceitful practices. Hes aware of ****************** to me and acknowledges it but wont do anything about it. There are other dealerships who will be honest and upfront. Dont go here.Review fromLa G

2 starsI used to think very highly of this dealership until recently. I purchased a 2023 MDX in February and during the transition was told of money that was due to me...$935 which I eventually received & approximately $695 which I have inquired about several times and pretty much was told it was out their hands and for me to chase it down?? Now let me share a little history, I have leased one MDX then purchased 5 more and this is how they treat me. I've called to request a meeting with Mr. ******** and have heard absolutely nothing back. When they realized they needed money from me...oh trust and believe they were calling me, I should have walked away but I'd been in my 23 for over a week!! ALL I want is the money owed to me and an apology for the lack of genuine customer service from Management.Review fromD. A.

Bought a Kia *** from this dealership from out of state. The dealership lied and told me it was the ** when in fact it was the ** line. They overcharged me $16,000! I received the car and it was not what they told me it was. Then they tried to make another $2,000 on top of that in shipping. This dealership is the worst I've seen or even heard of. Stay clear of this place. I am going to start petitions against this place and have EMAILS AND TEXTS TO PROVE THEIR WRONG DOING. They have no integrity and even knew they were robbing a military veteran. Let it begin!Hanania Acura

The online listing, vehicle log, and Carfax reports clearly listed the vehicle as a 2022 KIA *** GT-Line. VIN *****************, 4 door /sport utility electric all-wheel drive. There were no misrepresentations of the vehicle. There was a copy online as well for Carfax and the original window sticker. The client contracted a transportation company himself after he asked us to do it for him. The transportation company verified and confirmed the equipment, and the client accepted the vehicle in **********. There was never any communication regarding the car had the wrong package. All my communication with the client was about his taxes and registrations. And they were positive. We sent him all money paid for taxes and registrations back to him so he can register the car himself based on his request. If we can upload photos, I am happy to provide.D. A.

Actually, this is mostly false. And I have emails, texts and conversations showing otherwise. PROOF is in the text messages and emails. Nothing was sent verifying any information and they cant prove it was. Nice try ****. Good luck. And the money for the registration took over a month and I can post the rude comments and lies that was told to me regarding that as well. I might as well also post the purchasing contract with all the communication.D. A.
