i just got a game ran on me by the General Sales Manager at ORANGE PARK MITSUBISHI and i live in ******* *******. I cosigned for a 2019 ford fusion with over 100k miles on it. I cosiged by signing docu signs. My 20 yr old daughter drove the car off the lot on july 3. On the 8th the Manager called me to say my daughter gave him a fake check stub even though she is working. He coerced me into putting this car into my name by repeatedly stating that my daughter committed fraud and something was going to happen to her. Well after 24 calls from him i put the car in my name spoke with the bank on july 21 and the car engine went out on july 23rd. He stated that the car had a oil leak and my daughter drove it anyway instead of bringing it in. Now hes talking nasty to me and not returning my calls. I have documented evidence on this guy in regards to this bad deal but im trying to give him a chance to fix it

When Mr. ******’s daughter called us for the first time about the issue, our service manager specifically told her not to drive the car and we would have it towed in to be looked at.   His daughter neglected the advice and continued to drive the car, which made the engine seize up.

As a courtesy, we are more than welcome to help with some of the labor cost to help the customer. This vehicle was purchased without a warranty.

As for the fake paystub, please see the attachment that was returned by the bank. *** rejected the paystub.  After reviewing it, they concluded it was fraudulent. See attached as provided by his daughter.

I purchased a vehicle from Orange Park Mitsubishi, FL online, or about 9/22/21. I live in ** and i was expecting to receive the vehicle in a condition in which I could drive immediately as was assured to me by a salesman name ***. Upon receipt of my vehicle there was an indicator on the vehicle stating I need an oil change. I took the vehicle in to get an oil change worth $110.00. I then reached out to my sales *** and a gentleman in the business department named ** whom both said they would reimburse my $110.00. I think I’ve been more than patient in waiting as I have taken these gentlemen for their word in stating they would reimburse me. I expected a better customer service and consumer experience, but it hasn’t been solely because of this incident. To date I have not received payment or notification as to when expect payment. I am seeking reimbursement of my $110.00 paid for my oil change.

*** *******.  The check request must go to our corporate office for processing.  Once there, it must obtain two signatures before being sent out.  Since you do not live in Florida, it will take a few days to arrive.  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and then 3-5 business days the USPS to deliver the check.

My ******* and I turned in a lease towards a new vehicle at Orange Park Mitsubishi. The State of ******* allows 10 days for dealership to pay off lease in full to the lending bank (in this case **** ******). Dealership took 2 months to pay. We incurred late fees, 141 point drop on credit score because account went delinquent due to non payment. When the first bill came after dealership took possession of vehicle I contacted them and they said no worries it is all taken care of and you do not need to pay that. Come to find out that was a lie and **** ****** started reporting delinquent to credit bureaus. We have begged them for help correcting this and they just keep passing blame. Our credit is connected to our business and how we make a living for our family, so this is a devastating blow to our family. We turned over this vehicle to Orange Park Mitsubishi on July 3rd 2021 and it is now September 2021 and we are still fighting to correct the problem. This business should be ashamed.

Please find the attached second letter to **** requesting to have their negative credit remarks removed.  Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
