5-30-2024 I bought a brand new Volvo from OSteen Volvo in ************ last August, (2023). Its been almost a year and they still havent done the correct paperwork for registration and accurate, outright title ownership. *** contacted them numerous times and spoken to 4 different employees, from the general manager, sales manager, office personnel, the salesperson I bought with, etc.. Its beyond unacceptable to run a dealership so haphazardly and incompetently. I traded in a fully paid off Cadillac AND paid cash for the new(never owned before) Volvo. All done in one afternoon. Sadly, OSteen Automotive has lost a customer that would have been loyal and returned many times over to purchase new vehicles from them, but they would rather be lazy and not take care of their customers. If I could give minus stars in this review, I most definitely would.On to better companies that actually value their customers and care about quality products and service.Sad and disappointing to say the least!

We dealt with Osteen Volvo for years! Bought cars there and had our cars serviced there but this last time, it was the worst experience we ever had!! Nobody answers on the ****************** and we had to wait for days for someone to tell us what was wrong with our car. We had to keep calling because they NEVER called us. I found a used car on Cargurus.com at O'steen Volvo of ************ that was reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for, however it was several states away. Spoke to ******* and told him that I wouldn't be able to come look at it since I was in NC. He did great sending me extra pictures and information and even told me how they can easily ship it to me. I purchased it and everything was a good experience up until having to get the paperwork side done in NC. Over two months later, I finally got the vehicle licensed after several calls to my DMV and the dealership looking for the paperwork and surprisingly it wasn't any issue with my DMV, it was all due to O'steen Volvo. I could have overlooked their lack of service if it were only that inconvenience, but due to an improperly completed form, I had to pay sales tax in ** and in NC. I would have expected that having paid almost $700 in 'doc' fees would have provided more service on the 'doc' end of the sale. I wouldn't purchase from them if you are out of state, but look up ******* if you see a vehicle you like.O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville Response
