Failed to get my paper delivered today. No way to get a live person on the phone. "Chat" function with '******' was frustrating, basically told sorry buy we can't help you or deliver today's paper. Call the number she gave me, no options to speak to a live person. Since ********* bought the Floriday Times Union, delivery service and customer service have gone to heck. Will not renew.

For an entire week the newspaper has not been delivered to my 91 yr old father. He paid for months in ************'s attempted to call everyday without success. The company is taking advantage of him. He just wants the paper delivered.

The Florida Times Union aka ******* Publishing operates the business with deceptive practices. Statements or invoices are never provided. "Premium Editions" are not delivered, but they are still billed even when the customer calls to decline "Premium", the billing charge is never reduced.Calling customer service does not rectify issues. **************** is not allowed to send emails to verify what was discussed. For the month of December 2021, my credit card was billed twice for the monthly subscription once on December 2 ($40), and then again on December 27($40). Most monthly subscriptions are for ***** days. Florida Times Union does not provide any invoices, nor can the subscriber go on line to check their account details so the consumer cannot ascertain what they are being billed for and the number of days. Being a career military family, we have done business with several newspapers in different cities over the years. This is the first newspaper who has cheated us and will not provide invoices for the consumer to check what they are being billed for. If your subscription is extended, there is no way of checking the days of the extension since no invoice will ever be provided. One cannot check the start dates either. We like getting the newspaper, but we will probably stop supporting this business since we don't like fraudulent practices that have been going on for several months now. The ******** of ******** Services and FTC needs to be contacted to investigate the Florida Times Union deceptive business practices. From the Customer reviews appearing here, one realizes that many people have been cheated by Florida Times Union with no end in sight. This business really deserves no star rating, however, one must be provided to leave the review.

I have had the newspaper in St John's County in **************** for 5years + and can almost NEVER get my paper delivered without calling- I finally got tired of it so started only Sundays- maybe 1 out of every 5 deliveries arrive without me having to call them ay 9 AM or later---sometimes I get it by 10 if I call and sometimes not at all. this is not because of Covid or lack of help as this has been going on since 2016---Now they are advertising this great everyday offer--paper delivered by 5:30 AM (that is purely a JOKE)-- very disheartening.
