So this complaint is completely ridiculous when entering the lot you push a button that dispenses a ticket to you. We log you into the computer ask if you want covered or uncovered parking we do not ask anything else and send you to park. The customer parks there own car and retains the keys. We do not take possession of the keys we are not a valet lot. The ticket he was given is an approximate location to get them in the area of the car when they returned. My first question is how did we moved your car when we don't have the keys hmmm. My second question is how did we get your number to call you, Airlines are not going to give that information out. What is more likely to of happened is they gave a family member the keys to there car to pickup after they parked and departed for there vacation. The family member brought the car back the day of there returned so they did not pay for all the days that they were gone which customers do all the time. Pay for the day they parked and the day they returned if they have someone available to do this for them. I would like to see this so called text and what number it originated from because I am certain it wasn't from us. Lastly are tickets inform the customer we are not responsible for damage or lost items while on the lot. We do not inspect vehicles when they park we do not know what damage they come on the lot with and are not responsible for valuable that are left in the vehicles.  We routinely have a 1000 cars on the lot and it just so happened we picked this car spent the money to have a key made went joy riding in it and oh by the way we knew when to bring the car back so they had a ride home when they got back. Does that make any sense to anyone? Sure doesn't make sense to me. We certainly don't know are customers travel Itineraries.

I've answered this complaint already but I will touch on it again. I would like him to tell me where we would of obtained a key for his car. Let me recap I picked his car out of all of the cars on the lot I took the time to write his vin down I found a less than reputable dealership or company that makes keys to provide me a new key to his vehicle without showing ownership of the vehicle. Took his vehicle off the lot then returned it prior to them getting back from vacation. I don't think so, I'm not disputing if his car has damaged to it or not again we do not inspect vehicle coming and going on the lot. I reiterate we are not a valet lot. The vehicle damage could of occurred anywhere. I again have no way of knowing what or how much damage is on his vehicle when entering the lot. The customer parks his own vehicle we do not touch his keys. We have a disclaimer on the back of are tickets because we don't take your keys we do not park your car and we do not annotate damage to the vehicle prior to parking. This claim is baseless in merit.
