On Thursday April 25, 2024 parked car at Park EZ fly and Ride.Left $40 in cash with desk clerk to have car washed while parked there.Returned on Sunday April 28. After look search for my keys, they were finally located in the bin for "cars to be cleaned". Despite paying for cleaning service, car was not cleaned.Was told Sunday by clerk to call Monday.Called Tuesday and was told by business to contact "****" directly. DId so on April 30.**** told my to email my venmo and zelle information and money would be returned.Since that time no money received and he is now ignoring my texts.Just want my $40 back.Initial Complaint

11/19/23 we made a prepaid reservation to park our car for four days near the airport for the Thanksgiving holiday.The Confirmation Code is RV403234.Upon arriving at *****************, we and others were told that they were out of spaces. The proprietor stated that it was not her fault that the website overbooked. Her attitude was anything but caring and helpful.We were handed a business card and told to text the numbers about a refund or email the information. I texted the two numbers provided and emailed. A return text indicated that only the website could give refunds. Its been five days and I have had no response to my email.We were fortunate to find a space at the airport. That bill came to $120.In my opinion, this business is ***** and has no intentions of refunding our money.
