If I could give them zero stars, I would! Such a corrupt business. In May, they changed our quarterly service to 3 visits/year without notice as well as their billing, deducting more than the agreed amount from my checking account. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with them over their business practices and told them I would be cancelling my account in the Fall 2024 to go with a new company that offered quarterly service, they effectively cancelled my account on that date, voiding the 4 months of service I was entitled to with that payment. In my opinion, this business should be punished for their deceitful practices and I would stay as far away from them as possible!Review from Martha G

Turner Pest Control serviced three month quarterly and attic on May 23,2024 good report. On June 5 they sent a salesman to look at ,my attic. He climbed the steps looked into attic without going in the attic. He announced I had a number of rodents in my attic. The cost to service the attic again was $1547.. I said that I needed to think about and he could call me back the next day. He became upset and insisted on speaking to another family member because of the danger of all the rodents. I am a senior customer and finally let him speak to another member. We decided to let him as he was so concerned about all the rodents The attic was secured and traps set connected to sensors which would alert a cell phone in the Turner office. On June 19 I became concerned as they had not called or indicated a trap was tripped.. Finally on Junne 21 the service man came,checked the attic , and no rodents. Following your decision to proceed with the service, our team performed the exclusion using our SMART trapping system. During an exclusion, rodents can be sealed in or out depending on their location at the time of service. Since no activity was identified, it is possible the rodents were sealed out. Been with TPC for years. Inconsistent service. Obvious frequent turnover of staff. My lawn, which was pristine, was treated on 5-24-24 with fertilizer, insecticide, and pesticide in over 90 degree temps. My lawn went from beautiful to browned out (see before/after photos). Tech did not appear knowledgeable about what he was doing. This is the 3rd time this had occurred since I've been with them at great expense to me. I've been on the phone now for over 3hrs and still waiting to talk to someone. Incompetent and unresponsive company. Great way to treat a 30-year retired serviceman on Memorial Day weekend. I was a client of Turner Pest Control after they took over for Impact Pest Elimination. At that time, I had been paying $70 for a pest application every three months, 4 applications per year. When Turner took over, they raised the cost to around $75, then later to $76 per application for 4 applications per year.Recently they emailed me that they were only going to provide service every 3 months, for 3 applications per year. They said nothing about any change in price per application, however; when I received their bill, it was for $101.33 for one application. There was never any notice nor agreement that I would be paying this amount (which was the same total per year as $76 for four applications). So they tried to charge me the same yearly amount and only provide three applications instead of four. I told them they were unethical and fraudulent and sent them a check for $76 and ended my service. They kept sending my ******* notices of payment due.They continue too harass me for $25.33 they say I owe them telling me I needed to call them. I refused saying this was a problem they created. I am writing this complaint due to unfair business practices. On November 2024, I purchased lawn pest control for $65 every other month. Turner Pest Control charged me $65 EVERY month. I called to try and resolve the issue. I called their corporate office and ******** ** office. The tech came out and the supervisor to review the lawn and determined it should be $65 every other month. It was even documented on the invoice. Finally, I spoke with the Branch Manager who refused to acknowledge the documented invoice and told me they don't charge that way. He tried to sell me on $45 every month. Do the math it's not what I was quoted. I want to be credited for every month I was over charged. That would be 3 months equates to $195.Turner Pest Control Response

This company is a rip off, you pay a ton of money up front and then on a monthly basis for poor service and even worst results. I cancelled my plan with them last year July 2023, 7 months later they said I stilled owed them an outstanding balance. They sent my bill to collections after I spoke with them to cancel my plan back in July. Companies like this cannot be trusted and should be put out of business. I am filing this complaint due to your bad business practices. A few months ago we received a bill for services that were not requested and to our knowledge not performed. First of all we have a locked fence to our backyard so there was no way to enter the area. I called to let your office know that no one came out because we have a doorbell camera that would have detected any service tech. We did not have any door tag or lawn tag to say the lawn was treated. We no longer wanted the service since our year was up and we had decided to use another service that we knew would do a better job. When your techs have come out in the past they spent no more time than 10 minutes to service our property. Terrible service that I would not recommend to anyone. Service 11/29/23. Extremely disappointed/unhappy. Ive been a Turner customer for my termite bond for 20 years or more. First of all Ive never agreed to using a product that included drilling into my concrete near my front door or anywhere else that was visible-ever. You should have been more CLEAR on that.There are other products out there that dont do that! The tech noticed there was no prior drilling marks and should have confirmed or said something to me. Now its too late and it looks horrible. Turner-Dont put all that on me-you need to take blame too.Second the trench dug around my house on the street side is the worst job Ive ever seen. Very sloppy and appears the grass was destroyed. Prior services left that side without even noticing anything was done. Very disgusted! STEER WAYYYYYYYYYY CLEAR OF TURNER PEST CONTROL. Horrible business practices. They are deceptive about their billing to get you to sign up and they know it. telling you its a start up fee and then $50 a month .. they come out tri-annually and that you can cancel any time and stop payment anytime. Tried to cancel and theyre telling me that I have to continue my monthly payment through FEBRUARY to cover the last service that was completed.. it was never explained to me that each service was a set amount that was technically being financed over 4 months. I didnt even need nor want the service completed on November 2nd but figured I could just let them keep me on the schedule and cancel before the next billing cycle because I was already scheduled. Well jokes on me because letting them spray around my front door and bushes has cost me $169 and now Im stuck paying it for 3 more months!!! If I change my bank info they told me they will send it to collections. The reps I spoke to definitely know they are being deceptive. They have you sign a docusign thru email WHILE on the phone signing up so there is no thorough reading of the service agreement prior to signing. Do not take their word. I will never take a representatives word on what they say is what Im getting. The supervisor was no help either.Also the s*** isnt even worth it because its over priced and doesnt fix the issue to begin with ??????? spend your money on your own supplies to do pest control. Turner Pest control was hired treat a flea problem in my parents yard, only for them to experience more fleas after the treatment. Instead of rectifying the situation, we only received a "I'm sorry" which doesn't solve the situation at hand. Turner Pest control wants my parents to hire them to come out on a recurring visit, but why in the world would we hire them when they couldn't cure the initial problem. Very upset with the service that we received. Felt as if we just gave them money for nothing!
