Our hot water tank wasn't working. We contacted the warranty company Oct 13,2022. The warranty company sent CRS plumbing to our home. The plumber said our gas needed on, so we contacted the gas company to have gas on. We have just moved here Oct 1, 2022. The gas was turned on Oct 17. I called the warranty company about turning on the pilot light and they said they wouldn't cover that so I called CRS and they said they would do it for $62.50. On Weds. Oct 19, 2022, CRS sent two men over to light the pilot light. The hot water tank is in the attic, so they were in the attic and all of a sudden one man fell through the attic and was hanging there. I was quite shaken up and asked if he was ok and he said yes. They said they would clean up the mess but quickly asked for a check and left without cleaning the mess or lighting the pilot light. I called the office and ******** said someone would be over today to repair the ceiling. This was about 9 am and we had to leave at 1 so when no one showed up I left another message and someone texted me that no one was coming today, and someone would be calling about it. No call the next day or for the next three days. I left a message each day and was not able to get ahold of anyone. Monday October 24 a man called from CRS and we arranged Weds Oct 27 would work. He called Tues and asked for the unit number. Wednesday no show. He called Thursday and asked if we still needed it fixed and said yes!!! We arranged Wednesday Nov 2,2022. Nov 2nd came no one showed up. I called the number on my phone from which I had been receiving these calls and he said he would be there in the morning the next day but didn't show up. I called Thursday Nov 3 at noon, and he said he would be there in the afternoon.no show again. By this time, I'm getting upset with the entire situation and called someone else for an estimate. Bemar Construction gave me an estimate of $1200. and will be repairing the ceiling. We would like reimbursed for the cost.Business response

good morning!
first off, this is the first time that we have heard that the ceiling has not been repaired. we didn't receive any notification from the customer or the BBB.
second, i called the customer and we are waiting for her to email the invoice for the repair to us and we will reimburse her immediately.
thirdly, thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to resolve this issue
