PLEASE DO NOT USE. First, the guy came here and looked at the carpet and said it was a slab leak, even after I replied the water bill is not outrageous. If he did not wait for my warranty company to contact him back inside of my house he would have been inside the house for less than 5 minutes. I don't even think he check the water meter while he was here the first time. He did not even check for any leaks or even turned on the water for his initial visit. Secondly, on the second visit, they came and though they saw a leak through the wall, it was discolored because of the paint roller from a previous owner painting the walls. They cut into the walls and there was no leak, then without drying the slab they started to ********************* the cement. After doing this damage, they finally decided to turn on the water in the bathroom to see where the leak was from. From their report it was from the shower tub. Then they tried to repair the cement, which is now uneven and I am pretty sure they did not repair the walls correctly as well. After a proper leak company came to check my leak with tool such as a pressure tester, moisture tester and other tools they found out the valve is leaking and it is not the shower tub. This is a complete insurance scam company and they do not know what they are doing. Now I have to deal with a uneven slab due to poor workmanship and the carpet was poorly put back together. Save yourself some trouble and when you hear this company's name shy away.

Awful company! Run away as fast as you can! This company likes to work with Home warranty companies. The ***************** will contact a company and the company will send a technician out. They will tell you that they will have to file a claim. Where the claim will be denied and you will have to pay out of pocket to have the issue fixed. This just happened to me over a simple clogged kitchen sink that the technician never looked at, never even sat his eyes on. The technician called my home warranty company stating it's a clogged vent and that to fix the issue he'd have to access the vent but never once set eyes on my sink? What? The next day, I stayed outside and watched him for about a half hour the snake reached the gray tank within 10 or 15 minutes and never met an obstruction. After about a half hour I went inside and occasionally popped outside to let him know that the sink was still full. I noticed that he wasnt even near the snake device he was just letting it run by itself while he was about 10 feet away sitting in the shade of my tree and on the phone, even closing his eyes at time like he was asleep. I noticed that the snake was still in the tank banging around and couldnt understand why. After an hour and a half of the snake thumping and shaking the ground in the gray tank, he proceeded to dig the area where the ground was shaking although there was no obstruction. He never told me that he was going to dig it up I just happened to walk back out and find him digging. Next, he then flooded my utility room and brand-new washer and dryer with black sludge. I finally demanded that he snake my sink and within 2 or 3 minutes of snaking the sink drain it emptied and was free flowing. This guy did not clean up the black sludge, I did it. He sneakily came on to my property without my knowledge on the 3rd day and filled in the dirt. I dug it up and found my drain lines filled with dirt. There is some nefarious activity going here and this company lacks fidelity.

One of the Poorest costumer service.experience in a while They show up on 8/9/22.and today 8/17/22 the work still pending, they didnt reach out even that their service fee was PAID on 8/9/22, so I reach out to them and ask ***** if she understood that I was talking time off from work in order to wait for them, at which she simply said NOTHINGThey SIMPLY DONT CARE and it SHOWS right away, just talk to ******** and you will notice. They dont care about the service, they dont care about your TIME, and to make things worst, they thing they are doing a great job, OBVIOUSLY NOT. Then they expect you to be alright with the way they behaved.F. K. no ***** This claim should it been done the same day of the assessment, IS A ***** garbage disposal. THEY also LIER, yes they lie to you in your face. Thats not the norm work ethic you expect from a descent company. They told us they couldnt find the part at ********** or lowes that same day of the assessment. Well I happened to have the ********** app and I actually went to the store that same day looking if they really didnt have the part, guess what..?They did have it, not only one, but several options to choose from, MEANING, they LIE TO US This is unacceptable, this company shouldnt be in Buisness at all. No wonder they dont have any option other than BBB to leave a review.***************************** Shame on you.

*********************** was my technician and he came promptly, accessed my gar age disposal, replaced it quickly, and tested it for leaks. Good work was performed and answered all of my questions. My warranty recommended Concept Renaissance Services and they called me to schedule an appointment the very next day. No complaints

They are the worst company that does not honor their work. I had a basket strainer replaced in my kitchen sink and discovered a few weeks later it was still leaking. I called them back and the tech that came out said that the first tech placed the strainer in backwards. Now I am still having this issue and they are refusing to fix the problem unless I pay them again for the same work they have done incorrectly twice before. And the customer service person is horrible and disrespectful. I give the company as well as him 0 stars.
