****, *****, ***** and the team were absolute professionals from start to finish. They made scheduling easy, they were flexible working around some trees that had to come down, and they got finished fast. Duck Duck was Duck Duck great! I had the pleasure of being sent **** and ****** to the rescue. Not only were they on time but were very respectful of my property and in their speech. They came in here the morning after I had called late in the afternoon with my needs and didnt dally but got the job done very quickly and had my pump up and running. They didnt mess up any property in their job which is rare in and of itself. I highly recommend Duck Duck to anyone who need septic work done.Duck Duck Rooter Response

Duck Duck Rooter - ******************* experience - ********************* and ***************** were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly resolved the plumbing issue, went the extra mile by noting another potential issue that could negatively impact our system with recommendations on how to resolve. Our problem was resolved quickly with minimal impact on my workday! I have a plumbing warranty with another organizaiton that offers blanket coverage (AC, electrical, plumbing) - but I continue to use Duck Duck because of the truly excellent service I receive there. Also, ****** helped me courteously and quickly access a link for the survey, since I was unable to access the initial link provided. Thanks again! - CJDuck Duck Rooter Response

Duck Duck Rooter came to my home on 4-03. ***** was my tech and he kept me informed as the job went along. The job was completed quickly and was done right. I will definitely use them anytime I have plumbing problems. The office is also very helpful.Duck Duck Rooter Response

I'm not happy with your service. I called for a clogged sysytem and your man arrived and went thru the process to unstop the system. When he left the tub started to back up again. I called to let the company know and they sent out another techician. He cleared the system indicating that the drain in the tub was the problem and that the tech had pulled out hair. That hair was there when the first guy was at the home. My question to him was, why didn't the first guy clear the clog and why are you charging me again a service charge for what should have been done the first time? The company charged $150 the first day and $150 for the second visit. After several discussions we settled on $75 for the second visit. If you are paid to clear a clog there is in my mind no reason to charge additional money for what you were originally called out for in the first place.Review from Larry B

I recently called Duck Duck Rooter for plumbing service to replace two bathroom sinks and faucets. I had used Duck Duck previously to replace a toilet. In both instances the plumbers arrived as scheduled and performed the work in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend calling Duck Duck for any plumbing need.
