  Company didn't quote me over the phone prior to sending a plumber out. Plumber showed up and quoted me around $300, he finished the job for $267, and told me he would contact the office to have someone come out and repair my drywall after he had to cut it open to complete the plumbing repair. I waited 5 hours after the job was finished to call the office and ask about my drywall repair, they claimed they didn't do that kind of work and then tried to charge me another $150, and claimed that the plumber who did the work initially didn't charge me enough for the plumbing repair either, saying that the total cost should have been $350. Absolute insanity.

  Company didn't quote me over the phone prior to sending a plumber out.   Said we never Quoted him a price. If you call my office you are quoted a time and material price. If you want a flat rate and estimator will come to your home. *** **** was quoted 350.00 to repair a leak. He did not understand why we had to remove sheetrock to repair leak. We told him pipe is in the wall we have to access the pipe to repair leak  Then he want us to repair sheetrock at the 350.00 price he was quoted to repair the leak. So we discounted *** **** price to 267.00 instead of the 350.00 he was quoted. But he still want the sheetrock fixed for free. We quoted him a price for the sheetrock and he turned it down. He wanted the sheetrock and pipe repair both done for 267.00. While Talking to *** **** he yelled, screamed, called us thief's said we were trying to extort money from him. Then he hung phone up on us. We have tried to solve this but we could not. We explained sheetrock was separate for the quote but he said it was. We have phone recordings of him agreeing to the repair not the sheetrock.
