We had an appointment at 4 pm, 1.5 hrs before our appointment we got a text that he will be late and if we could do a later time or reschedule for the next day. we said, later is ok so new time was set for 5.30 Same day. At 5.15 he texted that he was still stuck where he was and the "owner" will be coming to us. No problem, we understood that sometimes you get stuck elsewhere. When 6 pm rolled around and nobody showed up I didn't think anyone would come by and we started dinner... The owner came at 6.30 (we were eating dinner by now) and he was totally unprepared, looked like he stopped at a Home improvement store to buy one of those measuring wheels. The way the whole consultation went was just not professional. He measured the width instead of the length and such things. And to top it all off there was no email or whatsoever afterwards to get a proposal, not that we would have signed a contract with them.

Yes my guy was late over customer held him up but we did not have a pool in your price range so you are talking bad about me because you can afford the pool thats wrongCustomer Response

Who are you to say what we can and cant afford? The funds are approved just so you know! You are just mad that you wont get our business and I left a bad review! We had 4 pool companies give us estimates and you were very unprofessional! Im glad we found this out before we signed a contract with you!Waterpools Jacksonville LLC Response

Horrible! Construction was due to start 3/31/22. We text the night prior to confirm and did not hear back. We text the morning of and was told that they cant start until the following day bc of weather on other project. We understood that. We just ask that they communicate as we plan our schedule around theirs. Today a man showed up on my property. He said he was there to look at what hed be doing: I told him that we were told nobody would be here today and my husband wanted to be present. I called ********, my point of contact and he said my bad, I dropped the ball. I told him we were easy just needed communication and people cant be on my property without giving me a heads up. His father, the owner, called me a little bit later to say that he isnt doing the pool bc I reamed his son. Which is not what happened. They just recently purchased the pool company. Any contractor that says you are reaming them bc you ask for communication is a HUGE RED flag. RUN AWAY! No contractor just shows up unannounced. They waited after all The financing was in place and the day prior to cancel bc I had a conversation with his son. Highly unprofessional!Waterpools Jacksonville LLC Response

You are starting out with a lie your pool construction was not suppose to start on 3 31 2022 Is dated 5 10 2022 I went to *********************** home to check out the site before I show up to dig today you came out not in a very good mood . So I left then you proceed to call my son to rib him a new one . I called you left you a very nice message stating since this all transpired I dont want to do your job no since in starting a job this way You never gave us any money but I spent money on engineering permits which I will write it off . Good luck with finding someone willing to work with you on your pool project
