      Kingdom Management is a *** management company that, in my opinion, not very effective. Our *** fee increase from $168 to $189 in January 2024. Instead of contacting me directly about this change, they sent my account to a debt collector for the $21 difference I attempted to contact them for two weeks after discovering the *** fee increase to resolve the issue, but my calls were not returned . When I finally managed to speak with someone, they informed me that my account had already been sent to ****** ********** I continued to make payments of $168, the previous *** fee amount, rather than the new $189 fee. I find it frustrating that they accepted my payments without reaching out to me to discuss the discrepancy. As a responsible individual, i am more than willing to settle any outstanding dues. However, the lack of communication and transparency from Kingdom Management has resulted in unnecessary legal fees and late charges. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate improved communication in the future.Manotak Oaks Condominium

      It wont let me do ZERO starsThis company is like the caricature of a HOA you see in a comedy movie. Outrageously high fees for them to do NOTHING, except send letters with issues that are so inconsequential and then send final notices about it when the issue has clearly been addressed. Its frustrating to the point I dont know whether to cry or laugh with how they do nothing to actually do anything for the neighborhood other than the letters about things to obviously some houses but not others that look extremely similar in **** height, driveway cleanliness, extent of weed in the sidewalks, etc. Its clear they dont hold all houses to same standard and seems to me its random and then they just figure out what problem to slap on the letter after the fact. I wouldnt mind them asking for little things to be addressed if they actually had ANY interaction with the community more than just letters asking to address the smallest things and threatening legal action. They are bullies and we just arent in a position to stand up to them

      ************ is a homeowner in an association managed by the company I represent, Kingdom Management.Per the direction of the associations ***** of ********** monthly drive inspections of the association are completed by the assigned licensed Kingdom Management ********************* Manager. The goal of these inspections is to note and ensure the owners compliance with the associations Covenants and *************************** is deed-restricted and governed by these Covenants and Restrictions, which describe a set of standards to which all residents agree to maintain their homes by moving into the community. All residents must be treated equally, and for this reason, violations of the Covenants must be enforced equally.In July 2023, ************ received his first notice detailing his violations of the Covenants and Restrictions and the timeline in which they must be resolved. Because these same violations were still unresolved in September, he was sent a final notice reiterating his violations and urging him to bring his home into compliance within the presented timeframe. To date, these violations remain unresolved.Kingdom Management is a third-party that provides management services to the association. For clarity, it is the role of the management company to uphold the Covenants and Restrictions while supporting the work of the associations ***** of ********** For this reason, we encourage this owner to bring his concerns to the next ***** meeting and/or reach out directly to our office.We consider this complaint closed.

      I had issues I needed addressed by this so called management company Kingdom Management here in ********** Two Creeks Subdivision. I tell you since living here for nine years this by far the worst Management Company I had to deal with here in Middleburg. I called three months ago and they never responded to my issue. They told me the *** has to approve before they can handle anything. That was about three months ago - no response. Called to talk to ******* the housing inspector or whatever she is- no response. Now I received two letters from them about some ***** a** ****** in front of a freaking window. They riding around and taking pictures and hide behind letters. I feel like I am being harassed and it needs to be known, beware of this worthless Management Company!!!

As part of our office procedures, we keep a very detailed call log of all incoming calls, messages and voicemails. It is important to us that we respond to our clients in a timely manner. When you originally called, you left a voicemail in which you were quite upset. As a result, it was difficult to understand what your message was referencing. Additionally, you did not leave the name of your community, a phone number or address for us to reach back out to you. You contacted us again on May 10, 2023 and we attempted to speak with you to help resolve your issues. Due to your demeanor, the phone call was not audible on your end, so we were not able to assist you. By the end of the call, it was still unclear what assistance you needed. We apologize that we did not understand what you were trying to communicate. Regarding the compliance letter you received to address your ******, please know that all compliance issues are reviewed by the Board of directors and approved before any letters are sent out. Thus, there is input from multiple people.

      I turned In a request for back yard patio pavers on 9/29. I followed up on the 10/30 & was told them that they lost my property survey, then I received a email that the survey was found and now they need a ADDITIONAL 30 days for my request which is completely unacceptable. It has now been 55 days since I turned in all the required paperwork and still no approval with my emails and phone calls being completely ignored. I called on 10/4 to speak to a manager about the issues and was told he didnt feel like talking to me regarding the situation was business tells someone that?

      Greetings **************,We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.As you may already know, your communitys architectural review committee is made up of volunteers from the association. Because our role as the management company is to make these volunteers workloads as light as possible, it is our job to receive the request, ensure it is complete with all required information and send it to the committee. Per the Florida Statutes, these volunteers then have ************************************************************************* deny it, and management does not have a say in that decision.Because your patio paver request was not submitted to the correct email and it was incomplete, that 30 day deadline moved back accordingly. Therefore, the committees approval on November 27 was within the timeline dictated by the Florida Statutes. It is our responsibility to hold each home to the high standard of the communitys Covenants and Restrictions, to which they agree when purchasing their unit. As you can imagine, our workdays are only enjoyable when we work with, and not against, these residents as they make their way into compliance. For this reason, our managers are committed to being accessible and willing to communicate with all owners and residents. While managers may not always be available to accept incoming calls while they assist other customers, these callers are placed on a call log, and their calls are returned in a timely manner.We apologize that you felt your manager didnt want to speak to you. Its important to us that you know leaving a message for the manager is not you being brushed off. Rather, its putting a request in writing to speak with your manager so your concern can be given the full attention it deserves when both of you have the capacity to do so.We appreciate your time, and because you received a decision from the committee, well consider this matter closed unless we hear otherwise.

      For some reason or other, the gated community that I live in (************ *******) chose this particular company after choosing to end the professional relationship with another management company. BAD IDEA...!! This company's language towards people who actually OWN their homes is nothing short of disrespectful, abusive and at times, almost threatening. I am a Police Officer of almost thirty years and have lived in my community almost 20 years. Things were SO MUCH calmer and professional when the other company handled the *** businesses. But for some reason, new members of our *** Board decided to go with this "extremely unprofessional" company. I have gone as far as to speak to my family's attorney (located in ******* **.) to get some advise on how to handle language that I REFUSE to keep dealing with. I OWN my home, the company needs to realize they only MANAGE a set of rules for a community. Example; when a small patch of grass turned ***** (due to some unwelcomed bugs), I IMMEDIATELY get a letter which was almost abusive. But it has taken the very same company well over TWICE as long to respond to my needs of buying gate fobs (for front entrance gates), since my current ones suddenly all decided to not work (and these things are $50.00 each). Home owners can only take so much from a company like this.

We are not on property every day, so the drives we do once a month is our opportunity to make sure everything is looking the way it should. We send a letter based off of what we see that day, and if it is not resolved the following month, we will send another letter. This ensures accountability for all of the homeowners, so we can keep your neighborhood appearing its best. We hope you understand our actions in pursuit of maintaining the beautification of your community. On 1/11/2023, we spoke over the phone, and we informed you that a company was working with us to resolve the issue with the gate fobs. Please know that we are at the mercy of the fob manufacturer. Both products and services were backlogged due to COVID-19. We apologize if you feel this issue was not handled in a timely manner.

      If I can rate lower than one star I would!!!! We moved to CEDAR **** community last year, handled by kingdom management. When we moved in, a letter from the community entrance sign was already missing. A year later, that letter is still missing and the rest of the letters on the other side of the sign is totally gone! Just one letter remains Ive emailed and called for the past months about this issue and yet no action, no timeline, and no email to the community homeowners that this is getting fixed! Whenever I call, their customer service I get an automatic response that someone is looking into it! For a year!!!???? Kingdom management needs to be taken off their business! Do not trust this company.

      Greetings ***********************, thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with us. The entrance sign in your community was an ongoing issue due to continuous vandalism. There were teenagers in the community that were removing letters from the sign over and over again, within days of each other. It has been an issue for quite some time, dating back before you moved into the community. The ************ was 6/2/2015, the second repair was 1/19/2016, and the sign was repair twice in September of 2022 alone. We understand that this is an eyesore when vandalized. We assure you that keeping your community looking its best is our first priority.

      One star is the lowest rating option or I'd give less. For our community they pay 2 or 3 bills a month (takes 10 minutes), file the annual state registration (takes 5 minutes), and collect dues once a year (billing for 120 homes that should take 2-3 hours ***** I was a board member and did the same job for free. They charge $6000/year for this minimal service that takes an average of 30 minutes a month. The most time-consuming task is collecting unpaid dues from typically 20 homeowners that won't pay within 60 days. When I filed a complaint about a neighbor that's violating our covenants I was told they don't handle that. When I complained several months ago I was told they would send a letter to the homeowner but the problem still exists so I doubt they did anything.Yes they're cheaper than most property management companies but you get what you pay for.

Since April 1, 2019 we were asked by the ***** of ********* to handle accounting only. ************ must communicate her covenant concerns to the ***** of ********* directly. Regarding her criticism towards the accounting fee, I know that the ***** of ********* gathered bids and Kingdom Management offered the lowest price!I consider this compliant closed, since ************ is misinformed and we are not her property management company.
