I was having trouble with CE Basic, so I upgraded. The hours reported were inaccurate. The transcript showed my hours had been met, but the screen said I was 98% done and needed .5 hours. I went through the chat feature seeking help and got nowhere. Then I called, sat on hold for 15 minutes before requesting a call back. They called me back, and I spoke to Paige who said she couldn't help me and needed to ask her supervisor for help. She told me I would hear from her in an hour. Hours later, no return call so I sent a message through email to customer support. I've not received a response. Today, still no email so I called customer service again and spoke to Jasmine. She wasn't able to assist, needs help from a supervisor and told me I would definitely hear back from her. Three hours later, I've received nothing from this company offering assistance with their product. I will be asking for a refund on the $42, unfortunately, they are not able to refund the time I've wasted troubleshooting on my own and requesting help from their "dedicated customer service team." In short, the customer service is awful.CE Broker

Even my state is fed up with there unwillingness to listen to the requirements to my ces for renewal. What a joke they are online ce requirements are all I need. It is so frustrating they won't even listen to the board who makes the rules.CE Broker

I spoke to the board and they said you are not listening to them and that is not changing your business is awful at what it does. Reading comprehension is an important skill you should learn it. Plc ****** Continuing Education.(a) As required by RSA 327-A:14, registered ophthalmic dispensers shall complete a minimum of 8 continuing education credits during the 2 year period prior to each renewal of registration.(b) The credits shall be earned through any combination of live synchronous classes, whether attended remotely or in person, remote classes, or other online mechanisms.Since no one in your company can read OTHER ONLINE MECHANISM is not live but online. I have spoken to the board myself and they agree it is not getting through to you. No LIVE instruction is needed in the online mechanism part of the rules but no one seems to be able to see that part. CE broker is not good! Tn changed over to this & most realtors have a basic account. They do not offer customer support at All! Let me just say if you have a basic account youre on your own at anything you need . No phone support with basic acct. & even if you leave a support ticket or email EVERYDAY for a week they will not return back to you. My license was going to expire & if they could just answer a question would have been great. So I had to call my state commission& let them know about this horrible company (or whatever they call themselves) & thankfully my state reinstated my license.CE Broker

I am so dissatisfied with this company. My licensing board is requiring us to use CE Broker and customer service is non-existent. I have 35 CEs that have been reported to them but they have not updated on the dash so here I sit unable to renew my license. Been a week and still not resolved.CE Broker

Ive been chosen for an audit and have to go through this company. I cant even talk to anyone for help unless I pay for an upgraded subscription. This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to figure things out without talking to someone. This sounds like my board of nursing is in partners with this company and it doesnt sound ethical to me.CE Broker

If you can avoid using them do so. I wanted to speak with an individual regarding ceus that were not applied to my license. There is not a legitimate phone number to call. The one they provide (eight seven seven four three four six three two three) is for a ************* so you can "Receive you $100.00 reward" by providing you name and address...... and zero to be with your legal license. Very disappointing. Also, they recommended a course that would satisfy a ceu requirement, I paid for the course and the course was denied approval. Total scam!CE Broker
