They have had my sons side by side about 4 months to repair it someone called me a few months back and said they were waiting on parts to come in so my son called them and the girl that answered the phone said she didnt know anything about his side by side and she would have the owner call him but the owner never called him so he went over to Jaguar power sports and the building was totally cleaned out and my sons side by side was not there so I called them and asked them where the side by side was at she said I dont know I will have the owner call you but he never called so we now have a ****** a month payment on a side by side that we dont know where it isBusiness response

This unit was purchased from the previous owner of Jaguar Power Sports by ************************
************************* (the son) brought the unit in for repair and the unit was in pretty bad shape.
We were able to correct all the issues and returned the unit back to ****************** at no charge to him.
A couple months later, he brought the unit back with extensive damage. The warranty covers motor and transmission but the unit had damage to various areas that are not covered. We are working with the warranty company and were trying to work with *** ******* but the phone calls became very difficult with him. Rude and belligerent responses were what was received.************ did some of the repairs while waiting on parts from the manufacturer. Then we had a change in staff and building so we sublet the repair out to a certified repair shop. That certified mechanic repaired the unit crankable status but the unit continues to run extremely hot less than 5 mins of driving. They are declaring it an irreparable loss by blown motor due to rough, neglectful use.
We contacted the warranty company and was asked to stop any further repairs and they would decide on what to do going forward and get back with us,

I am rejecting this response because: I dont think the machine worked properly from the time he took it off the lot and for them to say it was his neglect of the vehicle I think is wrong he might have had three weeks out of the whole year last year and if they had trouble talking to him they should have contacted me my number is there but there was no communication from them that they sent it to another place to be repaired I just want a replacement since I am still paying for something I dont have

****************** stated "I don't think the machine worked properly from the time he took it off the lot" but signed agreeing to the following statement on the warranty packet:
PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY: You must inspect all equipment before using it and take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment
is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment. Purchaser
understands the nature of the power sports related activities and acknowledges that Purchaser is qualified to operate said power sports
and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate.She also signed the warranty packet agreeing to the following statement:
There are no returns or exchanges for any reason on any power sports products. By signing this agreement you
acknowledge you have a warranty with Jaguar Power Sports and no refunds will be given for any reason.LABOR ON POWERSPORTS UNITS IS NEVER COVERED. NO MATTER HOW PURCHASED NO LABOR WILL BE
INCLUDED.If they had concerns about the unit not working properly then why did they not address the issue right away? When they brought the unit in for the 1st repair, we repaired it back to great working condition, free of charge.
Per the invoice from the certified mechanic, the unit had water and mud in the intake and a blown head gasket.
We, the dealer, did everything within our capabilities to address the concerns and repair the unit. The manufacturer is involved and will be working with *** ******* on a resolution.

I purchased an Odes side by side on June 27 2023. The machine was delivered On June 30 2023. The machine was faulty and broke down on July 02 2023. The machine is faulty and has not been running since. I contacted the dealer and they made me wait for two weeks to take the machine to a shop where they would fix it. The shop that they sent me to said to return that machine because it was a bad machine. The dealer picked it up a week after on July 18 2023 and took them three weeks to call me back and inform me that they couldn’t get the authorization from the warranty company to fix the machine. My loan payment was due on July 27 and they are requiring me to pay without me having the machine. The dealer would not answer my call’s until I put bad reviews on their website. They have had the machine since July 18 and they still don’t know when they will have the machine working. I want them to cancel this contract.Business response

*** ******** reached out to our dealership concerning his unit. He stated his concerns with the unit and we reached out to Odes to start the warranty process. The warranty states that the unit has to be repaired by an authorized repair facility and transport to the facility is the customers responsibility. I researched his area and found one within reasonable distance. *** ******** agreed to take the unit to the repair shop. Once the repair shop looked at the unit, they called and stated they would be refusing the job due to location of the engine placement. They also insisted on double the price for diagnosis. We then, trying to do right by the customer, arranged to pick up the unit and bring it 2+ hours away to our dealership for repair. The 1st attempt to pick up the unit failed due to the repair shop owner being sick and didn't open his shop for the day (even though he knew we were coming). That cost us the rental price of a U-Haul trailer and the drivers rate of pay. The 2nd attempt was successful and we picked up his unit for repair. Our lead technician diagnosed the unit and found a faulty starter. We submitted all findings to the warranty company and they are sending us the replacement part. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of their processes. We have stayed in communication with *** ******** the best we could. We also offered to fix the unit for free outside of warranty if he brought the unit to us. His decision not to bring it, resulted in us having to going through the warranty process so we could recoup some financial losses. As stated many times, we are willing to help *** ******** in any reasonable way.Business response

*** ********'s unit has been returned to him in great working condition. We have heard no more from him. I tried to reach out to check on him but my calls have not been answered. I will naturally assume that all is well with him.
