I was trying to get a leak in my roof repaired. It took over two weeks for someone to finally send me the electronic paperwork to sign to get the job done. He stated that they were really busy and he couldn’t get to it. The company sent a different guy out to do the job on February 7, 2024. On Sunday, February 18th my roof started leaking in 2 spots, one was the original spot. I called yesterday morning and spoke to someone who stated that the guy who was over the work was there and she would talk to him and get back to me. I never received a phone call back. I also emailed him over the weekend when the leak started and I haven’t received an email back. I called this morning and my call was sent to voicemail and I left a message. I’ve yet to hear back from this company.Business response

We have been in consistent communication with **** ****** during this whole process, including already having an appointment scheduled for this Friday Feb. 23rd. Estimates are not an instantaneous process to produce so there was some delay in getting the original estimates to her but she was immediately placed on the service schedule after receiving her authorization. Unfortunately, **** ******'s financial position has put a strain on the remedies available to her for her roof as her roof is in dire need of extensive repair (replacement ultimately is the only real remedy) but she is not in the financial position to do so. We performed some previous repairs that **** ****** requested where we had to make payment plan arrangements because she informed us after the work was performed that she didn't have the money to pay. She did call over the weekend requesting a tarp to be installed until she can finance a new roof but we are requiring her to pay up front for any additional work in light of the payment issues on the previous invoice. In good faith we have bent over backwards for her even to the point of reducing our rates in our best effort to help but her severely damaged roof has a multitude of problem areas that she cannot afford for us to fix. We have tried on 2 occasions prior to get someone there but since she had to be home to pay due to her financing the last vent repair, we have not been able to connect with her on getting this work in motion. Furthermore, tarping a roof is not a free service and would have a cost as well. We will continue to work with **** ****** as we have been to do our best to help her any way we can. We respectfully ask that this complaint be removed from our business.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I am utterly appalled at this business insinuating that they have had issues with the my paying for their services. When they did repairs back in 2021, I had a payment arrangement that was paid on time and in full. When they made the repairs two weeks ago, they were paid the $371.95 in full by check that cleared without incident. I have never expected this or any company to do work for me for free so I don’t appreciate the comment about my finances or not paying upfront. I prefer NOT to have financing for the roof through them as I was trying to handle it another way. At this rate, I’d rather not do business with them and move on with another company. They only reached out to me TODAY because of the message I left and my contacting the BBB. I was contacted at around 12:30 this afternoon and the appointment was made for this Friday at 1:30. After reading their response I will be calling to cancel the appointment and will simply not do business with them again.
