Everyone at Top Gun was both knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator even mentioned that our elderly dog might be uncomfortable during the installation process so we were able to make plans for day care for her. Top Gun's receptionist was so kind! She answered a lot of questions. To help us choose a color she gave us several samples to take home so we could lay them on our roof which made it much easier to know what each shingle color would look like with our paint and brick colors. On the two installation days she answered questions about the process and kept an eye on the weather which made us more at ease during the roofing. We met the owner of Top Gun when we dropped the samples back off. (They offered to just pick them up when they came to roof but we took them back anyway.) He offered to look at our house via satellite and helped us with questions about the off-ridge vents. The installers were obviously an experienced team. They were efficient and kept things cleaned up as they went. *** was here the day after they finished and did a final check for nails. We could tell that everyone at Top Gun cares about the quality of the finished product. The roof looks great.

Today 2023-11-27 I called this roofing company for a quote. The lady who answered the phone simply hung up on me. Very unprofessional.Top Gun Roofing, Inc. Response

I did answer a call yesterday with no response on the line after I greeted the caller, so I hung up. This person called back a few minutes later and wanted to know why I hung up on him. I told him I didn't hear anything on the line. He said I was lying and then hung up on me. Note sure this an appropriate "review" of our company.Review from Ryan S
