Recently, I went into my attic to take down some boxes and found large pieces of shingles throughout my attic. I called the company and was told to take pictures and sign a form stating I would be charged $150 if they come out to the house and my issue is not roofing related, before they would take care of that. I complied on Feb 9th and yet I still have not been able to get the issue resolved. The owner ***** ****** and the Project Mgr **** ****** have ignored my calls. I spoke with someone on the 21st who said he was the Director and he said he would call back and yet he has not. I want this stuff taken out of my attic quickly. It is all over the attic and the pieces are not small quarter size pieces as they saw in the video I sent.

We are very disappointed to learn that this complaint was filed.  The last visit to Ms *********** home resulted in our project manager, on his hands and knees, cleaning the storm drain in the street in front of this home.  He also cleaned pavers that were dirty but were never brought to our attention on any of the previous visits.  We have tried our bet to help Ms ********* with the work done in her home with the material provided.  There were many issues with the choice of the tile (the one she wanted was discontinued and we did everything to find a close match) but she was given the final say on all material choices.  We have offered to finalize the invoice and give a credit on the work not completed if she will sign a document giving us full release from the job.  We have made many trips to her home with her changing her mind constantly, but we wanted to do what it took to help her and make her happy.  **** ***** has had many conversations with Ms ********* and it was our understanding that she agreed with the final assessment of us cleaning inside and giving a credit on work not done along with us picking up the material that we purchased and that was not used.  We want to settle this without any further issues and will do what it takes to make her happy.  We are finished with our contracted work and will issue a refund with her signature on the release.

We filed a claim with ******** ******** in April 2022. We had a roofing contractor lined up to re-roof and replace plywood for $13k. ******** ******** pointed out a preferred contractor network policy clause which was an oversight on our part. We were put in touch with Triton Roofing out of ************. We live in *** ***** County. They finished their part of the claim and told us they would send an email link for $deductible. We waited a week, no email. My husband mailed a check. The following week I received text messages requests for e-payment to proceed. I texted ***** that my husband mailed a check, no reply. Received another request. My husband called ***** who said the check must have gone to company po box and his boss goes once a week. Are you kidding me? Check received and cleared. ******** ******** released $16k to the Preferred Repair Network that Triton belongs to June 3, 2022. ($3k more than our original quote.) We contacted ***** several times regarding updates, as we are in the middle of hurricane season and unable to secure a new insurance policy until the job is permitted. ***** lied once and told my husband they were waiting on the permit. My husband spoke to building department and no application. He contacted him again- ***** said they could not work in our county without filing paperwork, which they were completing and then applying for roof permit. We just checked again (7/5/2022) and there is no permit application on file. ******** ******** is in the process of filing for bankruptcy and offered to contact them for an update. They would not release and network contact information to us, so we have no insurance, no roofing contractor capable of completing the work in the county, and a contact who lies to us about progress. ***** also told my husband after the funds were released that - PLYWOOD WOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN OUR NEW ROOF! Not total roof replacement and overcharging during a time of duress!
