Horrible workmanship from Williams Quality Roofing LLC., Texted Williams Quality Roofing on 10/20/21 & 10/21/21, for a quote to replace a roof gooseneck vent. We met at my property **** ******** *** ************ Florida *****. Mr. ******** inspected the old gooseneck vent & found no damages to the roof nor any kitchen ceiling damage. Mr.******** assured me that he would install the new gooseneck & his helper would repair the bedroom ceiling fan & a toilet tank flipper. 10/22/21, Mr. ******** didn't show up, but his helper ****** showed up. I called Mr.******** & he said ****** was qualified, but he wasn't because he cracked the kitchen ceiling. I callled Mr.******** after ****** caulked the ceiling crack & Mr.******** said he would fix anything that was not done right. 10/28/21, I met with Mr. ******** at **** ******** *** & he inspected the new gooseneck & stated the roof shingles weren't installed correctly & he would come back 10/28/21, to fix it . On 11/03/21, Mr.******** met me at **** ******** *** & said he fixed the shingles on 10/29/21, but he didn't contact me & he's here to fix the damage ceiling, but he only sprayed killz on ceiling and left. Mr. ******** assured me that the roof shingles were fixed, On 12/16/21, I went to **** ******** & saw water leaking from ceiling on to the stove. I called, texted & sent pictures to Mr.******** & asked him to make the repairs. He refused & offered $150.00 that I never received. It rained again causing more water damage. So, I hired **** ****** ******* & they installed a new gooseneck vent & said the prior job was botched. So far, I only have one quote $150.00 just to patch the ceiling crack I'm seeking more quotes. If Mr.******** would have did the install or came back & fixed the blotch job, I wouldn't have to pay for a redo repair. He lied from the 1st time we met about everything and adamantly refused to correct his company's mistakes.Business response

Good morning, first of all i would like to say most of what she said is true but im not gonna go back and forth about who is right and who is wrong. Let me know how to refund her the $150 that we agreed to so we both can move on without any further issues. After years of experience dealing with homeowners ive realized that you cant please everyone but you can be as open and honest as possible and work to get to a common ground for positive results. Mr. ******** refused to come back and repair the damages. I had no choice, but to hire a new company and they charged more than $150.00. I have 2 estimates for damages to the kitchen ceiling $150.00 or $120.00. Ceiling repairs will be done this month. No company or a handyman will repair the ceiling for less. All of this could have been avoided, but he ignored every request to return and fix his mistakes.
