      Took my 2018 Dodge Durango to Westside Dodge 10/7/23 for check engine light. They did diagnostic on 10/11 and said it was a cracked purge hose. Extended warranty covered all but $100 which is what I was told at beginning. Went back and forth about part not shipped and they kept the car for 3 weeks. The service advisor called and said they had the part but did a retest and it then needed a canister which extended warrant would not cover. I told her no and I was coming to get my car. I asked her if all I need was to pay the 100 and be done. She said yes. She texted me a few minutes later and said she was at her desk and after looking I would have to pay for an hour of labor and ************************************************************ off. The service manager called me on my way home and asked me to bring it back up there that Monday. So he could see what was going on. I finally agreed and took it up there. The service manager said he would do a test on it which he did. He came back into the office and said there was not a code coming up for the ***** So why would I get charged for a retest when nothing is showing up? If I could research everything with the tracking number for the part I would probably be able to show they never got it and never put it on. This place is a total ripoff ******

      If I could give a negative star rating I would. 1) Went to the dealership at the end of July, they tried turning a 62k 2023 Challenger into ****k. Sales manager barely laid the paper down and I stood up to walk away. They said they had to add the ******* Package to the price. I informed them that it was already included in the ***** and they were trying to double dip. I'm not the one. 2) Since that visit, I have been called almost daily by a salesperson. Finally had to block him but it sent him to voicemail, he left a message literally every other day and sometimes daily for over a month now. This is harassment. I contacted the dealership and left a message for the Customer Relations Rep. **** I called the dealership back and spoke with "D.....h B..s", the Sales BDC Mngr. I explained the situation and she informed me (very rudely) that it was his job, and they are all doing what they are supposed to do. I said "are you serious? You're supposed to harass people? I understand about calling leads, but I'm not a lead and you've been calling me for over a month almost daily. This far exceeds harassment." "She said yep, but I'll delete you now, so this call is done right?" She then hung up on me. This is not how you treat, what you deem as, a potential customer. I totally understand why the rating is so low.

      We are sorry to hear this customer had a disappointing experience with our dealership. We understand that the prices of vehicles that are no longer going to be in production with extra accessory package added to them are not in the budget for all buyers. This customer was not open to any other vehicles during their visit. In addition, as requested, the customer has been removed from all communication preferences with our dealership. Recorded phone calls do not indicate this request was made until 10/04/23 and was immediately addressed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

      I called this dealer on a Thursday told them exact problem with truck. I told them that I would have to wait for my truck because I did not have another vehicle, they said no problem. When I arrived at the **** Dodge ************** on ************ Av. in Jacksonville after driving 30 miles they told me it was going to be 3 or 4 days before they would even look at it. I feel that this is the worst run dealership I have ever tried to utilize. This will be the last Ram I'm going to buy. I am now looking for a super duty ***** Now I would stay away from this dealership

      We are sorry to hear that this customer did not have a good first experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, in addition to the routine maintenance of an oil change and tire rotation, he requested a diagnostic on an exhaust issue, which can not be done while the vehicle is hot. We also are required to follow diagnostic protocol so while we appreciate a customer's expertise in a field, we must verify the concern and present them with a repair estimate to be approved based on what our technicians find. He was advised that the cool down process would take a few hours and diagnostic would be performed later that afternoon. Pending outcome of the diagnostic process, the total process could take up to 3-4 days, depending on parts availability. He then decided to leave our establishment without further explanation. We know vehicle repairs are very inconvenient and disruptive and frustrating. We appreciate the opportunity to serve this customer should he choose to return to our dealership for future services.

      We recently brought our 2020 Dodge Ram to their service department because the vehicle would not start. Contacted the service department when they opened for business, this was on Tuesday, told us we can get it towed to the dealership or jump the vehicle off and bring to them to diagnose. We decided since it was a battery issue to just jump the vehicle off and drive to them to replace the battery. They kept the truck that day and called later to tell us that they could not find anything wrong with it and it was ready for pick up. Started up fine on Wednesday, went to go to work on Thursday and again the truck would not start, this time we had the vehicle towed to them, they called later that day and stated that it was an alternator problem, and they were going to be replacing it. Picked up the truck on Saturday morning (mind you they did not replace the battery), Sunday morning, went out to start the truck, would not crank. Now by this point I am extremely ****** and contacted them Monday morning first thing and advised that they needed to come pick up the vehicle since last time I paid to have it towed. Finally on Tuesday they picked up my truck, could not give me a loaner vehicle, claiming that they did not have any available. My wife in the meantime has been driving me to work at 4 a.m. every day since this started. Finally on Friday they called and stated that the truck was ready for pick up and it was the battery all along!! I will never take any of vehicles to this dealership again, will never buy anything from this dealership and will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I cannot complain about the service advisor, he was good, but the rest of the department has serious issues. Everyone has apologized for the inconvenience, yet it does not solve the problem of them misdiagnosing the issue from the get-go. POOR EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER.

      Bought a vehicle and was mislead about fuel mileage. Returned vehicle and in one week lost $13K from the value for the trade in. Would never buy from this dealership again nor any new car dealership for that matter

      We are disheartened that you feel misled, but any information regarding your vehicle was provided to you via the window sticker. Unfortunately, most drivers do see a difference in fuel economy when going from a V6 to a V8 Hemi engine.
