I had a front entryway enclosure done with Colonial Construction, LLC and since then I have found leaks where the partisan covers the opening that was once in the entryway. I have repeatedly complained, and they come out and just caulk around the outside and do not bother to see where the leak actually is coming. I'm frustrated as well that they don't come and look at it when i am home and not when they say they are. I believe they have the worst customer service for a company of this size. I am letting other know this is the type of business they are running and not showing good faith in their warranty.

Well, that is not completely acurate. It is true that she has called us 4 times to complain about the leak and we have gone out and resealed the roof 4 times. We were there 2 days ago and poured water on the roof that we installed for 20 minutes and it does leak. We work from 7:30 in the morning to 5 pm, she told us the she works until 7 pm and that is not possible for us to do. Her coment of just caulking around the perimiter of the roof we installed is correct. It is the only way to seal our roof to her home. If the roof does not leak and the seal around the perimiter of the roof does not leak, that is all we are responsible for. We are not required to repair the facia of the house or the shingles of her home. If we did that it would make us responsible for voiding her home warraty. I have tried to explaine this to her but she does not want to understand. I told her that if she is not available during working hours, to send someone she trust to meet us there and we can pour water on the roof and proof to her that our roof is not leaking. We allways take care of our customers service request but in this case she does not want to understand. I will reach out again and see what we can do to help her.
