      On 7/11/23 I ordered 6 lbs of fresh shrimp from Shrimp to Shore on line for the total of $ 78.23 includes shipping. Tracking as of today 7/27/23 it was delivered. It was not delivered to my address! This is the second time I have ordered from them and item never came! Tried emailing, no answer and tried calling, always busy, can't get anyone on the phone! This was to be fresh packed in ice and delivered within days....... never arrived! Order # ***** *** ***** *** ****** ***** ********* *** ***** ************

      Total scam. Owner should be put in jail for fraud. Ordered shrimp never showed up… waited well over a month. The owner kept saying it’ll show up the following Monday. Never showed up. Owner lied multiple times about issuing a refund. Never issued one. Stated I was sent a refund confirmation multiple times which I never was. There are hundreds of negative reviews online warning shrimp to shore as a scam. After asking the owner for a confirmation over 4 times he just blocked me and seized all contact. I have also contacted the ******* ***** ********** regarding the repetitive fraudulent acts this company has committed.

      on April 13th i placed an order for 5lbs or gumbo red shrimp and some everglade seasonings for 66.93 that was prepaid by credit card online. waited 2 weeks for order then tried to contact company by email and phone crickets. no one from their company has email a response to the many emails i sent or any of the recorded voice messages. they have not contacted me at all.would like refund of my money.shrimptoshore *** **** ****** Jacksonville fl ***** phone #************

      ******** I've checked the tracking #you gave me and all it says is that a tracking #was created.****************** no shipping activity. you told me my shrimp would be here in 2 days. well today makes 30 days and no order. Because you got a hold of me threw email i was willing to give your company another chance. Don't you think 30 days with no shrimp or everglade seasonings is long enough. ill take you on your offer, just send my 66.93 to me PLEASE.AFTER ALL ITS MY MONEY. I ASKED YOU TO CHECK ON THIS ORDER, nothing crickets. Just send my refund of my money. *****

      Placed order in April 13 with two day shipping. Received an email stating my order shipped. Tried tracking the order for weeks with zero tracking info. Still says UPS is awaiting item. Have tried calling and emailing four separate times to resolve this issue and get an explanation on my order. No one's has responded or returned either.

      Made an online order on 1/11/22 from Shrimptoshore.com using their website. Received confirmation email on Jan 11th, order was supposed to ship on 1/18/22. Finally on 1/20/22 I got an email saying a label had been created for my order with a tracking # provided. Have checked daily since with no update. Tried to email with the link provided in my conformation email and got a return from mailer-daemon saying the user does not exist. Found a different email on their Facebook page and tried that with NO response.Then on 1/28/22 I received a phone call from someone from shrimptoshore, stating they saw my shipment had not been processed, they wanted to make it right and offered a $25 gift card via email (which was never received), an additional 5LBS of shrimp and it would be mailed on Monday 1/31/22. On 2/3/22 I called and spoke with the original person I spoke with on 1/28/22 to follow up as no package had arrived and the tracking just shows label created. She stated she would follow up and find out what was going on and call me back. On 2/4/22 I had to call and still no shipment no answer and unsure about returning my charge. I feel as they have stolen my money and lie to keep it going on. Attached are the above referenced emails if needed.

      Hello! We received a chargeback regarding this order although the postal service let us know they couldn’t locate the package, our customer rep reached out via email to check on if he would like a refund or another order.  

      The chargeback was placed on our end and the customer got his money back via the credit card company. Please let us know in any way how we can help resolve this matter as we do not run our business under these conditions.

      On the 29th of November 2021 I purchased 5lbs of crawfish from Shrimp to shore for $73 I have sent 4 emails and have tried calling the number listed, with no response. I have not received any emails/ information on the shipment of the order, status update and nothing responding to the 2 refund requests sent , last one sent on 8 December 2021. I want my money back!

      In response to the customer, we sincerely apologize for the delay in response. A full refund has been issued to the customer and email verification has been sent out, again. Throughout the holidays we have been extremely short staffed and are so sorry to know this interferes with you ordering a package with our company. We’ve also sent out a gift card to the customer for this experience with us. We strive to be the #1 seafood delivery service and we have taken this feedback/experience to grow and teach our employees a better way of business.
