called them feb 5 they pumped the tank out did not say any other problems but it was still backing up in yard so i called feb ********************************************************************* they would send someone out have been calling 2 or three times a week told them my yard stinks sewer in my yard if they will just say we will not send any one out instead of saying someone will be out ******* i did not want to start over with another company but just wanted them to help if i had to pay I would have but they took advantage of this old lady my daughter took me to their location at 7300 ****** after my 4 hour chemotherapy to speak to someone so they can lie to my face but there was no office there just a lot where they park their trucks right now a have 100 problems but my septic tank is one i thought i could deal with

At the time this service was completed it was observed that the water level in the septic tank was above the outlet which indicates the water is not going out of the tank into the drainfield as designed. This could be a result of age, damage, roots, etc. On ******************** work order it was indicated this was a problem. Once the tank refilled itself (with the drainfield not working) the water is the tank has no where to go but pool on the ground, in the drainfield area or backup in the house, depending on the stage the failure is in. We would be happy to secure a permit, submit a proposal to **************** and install what is required to restore the system to working order.Review from Nancy C

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, THEY ARE RUDE NASTY AND BELIGERANT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS... THE WORK IS AWFUL I HAVE HAD TOO MANY ISSUES TO LIST, MAIN ONE IS THEY REPLACED MY PUMP AND MY BACKYARD BACKED UP TWICE AND CANNOT USE MY TOILET, THEY SEND OUT ****** WHO WAS JUST AS RUDE AND AWFUL TO DEAL WITH, LEFT MY GATE OPEN MY DOG GOT OUT AND ALMOST GOT KILLED..... THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK AND WILL NOT HELP ME BECAUSE I CALLED AT 3:00PM I QUOTE JUST BECAUSE YOU CALL DOESNT MEAN I CAN DROP EVERYTHING AND GET TO YOU!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY IN ALL MY LIFE. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW BAD IT GETS!
